Called in last week to schedule an appointment for my brakes and rotors and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Marques. He was professional, polite, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This morning (day of appointment) I came in and was greeted by Marques again and he knew exactly who I was and wasted no time getting me checked in. While waiting in the lobby, I couldn't help but notice how neat, clean, and customer-friendly the establishment is. Mr. Jerry, the mechanic who performed the work was EXCELLENT!! The knowledge and skills that he posses is superb and and you can tell that he cares a lot and takes pride in his work. These guys are the best, and I WILL DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who may be inquiring about services for your vehicle. Thank you again Marques and Mr. Jerry for such an outstanding job, professional attitude, friendly atmosphere, and top-notch work ☆☆☆☆☆

Price online is not the price when you come in... I let them know and the guy at the desk didn't seem to care. I went in for a battery and that wasn't the problem so I pretty much wasted $250, if they was real mechanic they would definitely know that wasn't the problem.... when I received my bill, it was more then he told me, I asked whats the extra charge for, he state it took longer then an hour but that was a lie because I seen when my car was pulled in and it wasn't an hour more like 20 min and that included him stop to talk to the other mechanic.

Went there for an oil change and left with low tire pressure on a tire that previously had no issues. I didn't think anything of it until my step dad said alot of places in that area do small things like this to get return business. I'm not sure if it was done intentionally or if he ran something over while moving my vehicle but i mean 10 minutes later my tire pressure light came on. Either way its careless. WATCH OUT.

Just received a text saying appointment is canceled and it’s after 5:00 pm so I guess I’m stuck. Definitely don’t recommend if you wait until after other places are closed so I can’t go elsewhere. In response to their response, I can’t tell you about my experience and service because your store canceled last minute on me. Good thing I don’t have to be home in Louisiana soon, oh wait, I do! Too bad for me

I had an appointment at 3pm for an oil change, and they didn’t take my car until 3:45pm and finally got my car back at 4:15pm. Apparently one of their workers was on break for those 45 minutes while I was waiting. Why would you schedule appointments when someone is on break? Never coming back. Too much time taken up in my day.

I have an appointment at 8am today. It's currently 8:10 and the place is completely empty. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. There isn't a person in sight. I've been here since 7:40. This was an absolute waste of time. I do not recommend this particular Pep Boys.

Thank you all for sharing you Likes and Concerns. As a new manager to this store I here you loud and clear, and have hired more staff to be able to handle all of you appointments and walk in needs. It is very difficult to find experienced good help, However I have 2 additional Auto Techs coming on board. This is a very very busy store, normally we are 2 days out for appts. I am working diligently to correct the things that have been making your visits unpleasant
