Rude and incompetent. I purchased an apple watch with cellular service. I explained to the rep that my last experience with them was unsatisfactory. They assured me this would go smoothly. It didn't, the watch wasn't pairing, at&t customer service wasn't helpful, so I returned to the store. The rep was rude and insulting, he told men he couldn't help. I now have a $400 watch, I'm paying a monthly fee for service that im not receiving, and the store basically told me to go to hell.

Sam was super helpful. He helped me set up a new plan, saved me money and I got a iPhone watch out of the deal!!!!! I then ran and got my BFF and he saved her money and upgraded her phone! If you are ever in Connecticut go to the Danbury mall and the ATT STORE and ask for Sam!

They mixed up the lines and my new phone was activated with his number. Went into the store to see if they could help and it was taken care of within minutes. Just went to upgrade my son’s phone and decided to go in person rather than wasting my time calling in to the customer service line. Ben was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me figure out how to upgrade the line, he also went out of his way to find us a better plan option that ended up saving us money each month. Wonderful experience!
