Batteries + replaced my car battery on January 22, 2022. It cost $178 and came with a "full warranty until 1/22/2024). The last few days I've had to jump the car several times to get it to start. I took it to my mechanic, and they said the battery was dead, and he replaced it. I took the Batteries + battery back to their location on Bee Caves Rd. They tested it and said the battery was no good, but that "it hadn't been maintained properly". What the heck? The battery is 3 months old, I've been driving it regularly. Essentially, the "full warranty" was totally bogus. Total waste of time and money. At least for car batteries, get a real battery from a reliable place that will honor their warranty. PS. Please see the owner's reply. They state the limited warranty doesn't cover my battery issue. I wonder why on the receipt it says "full warranty" until 2024? The new battery put in by an auto repair shop is working fine. I'm driving the car the same. There is no charging problem in my car. Bottom line- I paid Batteries Plus $175 in January for a car battery that lasted less than 4 months. Go elsewhere!

We took a watch in for a new battery and they said they couldn’t get the tiny tiny screws out and In the end the screws got stripped in the process (which I found out later when I took to jewelry store). I called and Bailey spoke to me and without hesitation said to bring it in and they would make it right. She kept me updated along the way as the process to fix it wasn’t straight forward and replacement was the solution. Bottom line, the integrity and customer service shown was amazing and I am confident to keep going back here for service. As fyi, they earlier had helped us replace a 2010 car key fob which also wasn’t straight forward as we didn’t have a working fob to start with. Again they worked thru a detailed process and got us back on the road with a good fob at much lower cost than the dealer would have. Thank you!

Took it to the back for a few minutes but then brought it back saying it’s “one of the few types of watches where they can’t open it up and replace the battery.” They also didn’t bother to tell me that the scratched up the backside when trying to open it.

They had just repaired my iPhone screen a few days ago, and then it broke again, but in a very weird way. I had accidentally dropped it from very low (like 8 inches), and it did not break from this. It left a very small mark in the corner of the protective cover film. But then suddenly after 3 hours it immediately scatters all over the entire surface (like a truck ran over it), but underneath the protective film which was still nice and smooth. The manager had never seen anything like this, so she was so kind to replace the screen again. Thank you for this awesome service.

For free!), etc. This store may have the best staff and customer service of any spot in the West Lake Hills area!
