Needed a few items as qe enter the holiday season. Logan and Juan were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They made great recommendations that met my needs and recommended solutions to save money . They also shared upcoming sales for the holiday season. Which is very much appreciated. Brian was amazing! Upon arrival he put my mind at ease by telling me exactly what he would do to fix my cell phone battery, he encouraged me to wait in store the 20 minutes and offered me a chair, He gave me alcohol wipes to clean the case of my phone when he saw me trying to wipe it, and he even showed me the inside of my phone while replacing the battery. Before leaving I asked about replacing a battery in my car remote for another time. He told me the price and said he could do it quickly. I chose to get the battery replaced because of his wonderful eager customer service. As I waited I noticed everybody working there was professional and kind. I would recommend the store to everybody. they have award-winning customer service which is hard to find in this day and age.

These guys are amazing! We bought batteries for our electric gate about 16 months ago at this location. The gate stopped working and the batteries were at half power, so we went to purchase new ones (we thought the high heat had damaged them). Brian offered to charge them for us overnight to see if they were the problem, and it turned out that the batteries were fine (a bad charging transformer was to blame). Saved us the expense of replacing batteries that would have had the same problem.

I went there to purchase a battery for my car and instead received excellent customer service! Brian and Eric fixed my problem and saved me the expense of buying a battery! I really appreciate those two guys and I see not everyone is trying to sell you something that’s not needed! I would definitely recommend you come here for your automotive battery needs first!

Horrible customer service! I take full responsibility for the fact that my wife didn’t disclose the details of her car locking her out when the key malfunctioned so we came here to get a new key. However, they did zero to help us remedy the situation until I came here in person as she sat outside, ALONE!, of the store front. The manager chose to walk back to the office and not help at all until I came here and sternly gave him a lesson in manners and customer service myself since I am a business owner myself! She & I asked the manager over the phone and I myself in person, numerous times if he had access to any of the numerous dealerships, auto body shops, and wreckers in the area and he said he didn’t know. So I said at least call the police or a wrecker and I’ll take full responsibility for anything I have to pay out of pocket, which is now $85. In the same time it took me to come here in person and deal with this situation, he (the manager) could’ve called a wrecker or someone the first time my wife asked and instead did not do so until I had to approach the front desk and raise my voice until he chose to pull out his phone and call someone. It was 9:15/20 when my wife got here, the wrecker service wasn’t called until around 10:10 am. As I said, horrible customer service and they absolutely refused to take any responsibility for any of the issues and time wasted with a simple fix! Which would’ve been just pulling up a wrecker number and calling, which as I said before that I would pay if they just helped. So now I’m paying $85 dollars on top of the time I could’ve spent running my business in Houston that I had to leave since she (my wife) was not being helped and left to figure it out for herself.

I visited the Batteries + store in Rosenberg, for the first time. I needed a battery for my gate opener. Logan, a friendly sales associate, helped me. He installed the battery and I was in and out of the store, within five minutes or less. Great friendly and speedy service!

This was actually my first time coming to the store as usually I would just order my AA and AAAs on amazon, but now I wish I had visited this store sooner. I did not get the name of the employee who assisted me but he was very polite and was able to get my the correct battery to replace my home alarm backup battery right away. He was very informative about the 1 year warranty and also about the regular deals they have for different types of batteries.

Pleasant experience. Sales associates were very helpful. I ordered a battery online for pickup the next day. They called me in the morning to let me know it was ready. They provided prompt, courteous service and offered to help me get the heavy battery to my truck.

This was my first experience with this store. I needed a battery for some equipment for our kid's swim team. I was able to select the needed battery on line without problems. It was ready for pick up at the store with in an hour. I found out when I got home I had ordered a battery with the wrong terminals. When I returned to the store the staff was super friendly and quick to help me find the correct one.
