Brian was amazing! Upon arrival he put my mind at ease by telling me exactly what he would do to fix my cell phone battery, he encouraged me to wait in store the 20 minutes and offered me a chair, He gave me alcohol wipes to clean the case of my phone when he saw me trying to wipe it, and he even showed me the inside of my phone while replacing the battery. Before leaving I asked about replacing a battery in my car remote for another time. He told me the price and said he could do it quickly. I chose to get the battery replaced because of his wonderful eager customer service. As I waited I noticed everybody working there was professional and kind.
