I can't believe all the negative reviews on here. I went today, after calling to set an appointment for opening a new account, and did just that.
The lady who scheduled the appointment was polite, the one who checked us in was as well, and the woman who set my account up, Chiamaka, was helpful, efficient and kind to my special needs son, who I had to bring in with me.
The facility was clean and they even took extra lengths to help me with my deposit so I didn't have to get up and shuffle my son around. There was no line and my service was quick but I also chose to go outside of what would be any normal bank's peak hours.
I get sometimes people have annoying experiences like long lines, what they perceive as rude staff, or whatever their troubles, but as a bank location goes, there really isn't anything wrong with this bank. ~Liz
