Def a friendly neighborhood gym. They have all the equipment to get your body right. It's a small gym, but I love that it's always clean and about 25% filled to capacity anytime you go.

The best thing about 9Round is that there is no class schedules. My work schedule is very fluid and makes it impossible to get to the gym by a certain time, so it’s perfect! I show up when I can and I get an awesome workout with a trainer. The worst thing about 9Round is they aren’t open on Sundays. It’s so much easier for me to work out on Sundays vs Saturdays but they aren’t open. But if that’s the only bad thing I can think of, it’s pretty darn good!

You can come in at anytime and still feel like you are paying for a personal trainer! How can anyone beat that? ...everyone is so polite, professional and knowledgeable. The trainers are the best, always ready to make you spend the best 30 mins of your day!

The atmosphere is motivational! Great group of trainers and the owner is always upbeat and welcoming! They greet everyone by their first name. A very positive place to help everyone make a change to a healthier lifestyle!

They were really nice there. The staff is great but when I hurt my knee on the heavy bag, I could not work out for 4-6 weeks. I asked to put my membership on hold so I wouldn't lose the money and maximize my membership and nothing. No response from the owner. Cie la vie. Moving on.

I have had gym memberships in the past but none of them compare to 9Round! At first I was intimidated because I had never done kickboxing before or any type of group setting workouts. After a week or two I was comfortable and confident this is where I wanted to be. I have an unlimited number of workouts with one on one training every time I workout! I have lost pounds and inches and gained muscle faster than ever before. Working out at 9Round is so much fun that it doesn't even feel like I am working out! I highly recommend 9Round to anyone and everyone!

The workout is always different, intense and effective in a short amount of time. The 9 Round culture is clean, there is a ton of clean support from the coaches and the other members that makes you want to return again and again. No bad habits like downing someones progress or pushing someone too hard. The structure of 9 Round, to me, makes it so you are the main one pushing yourself to dig deep and push your own limits when and if you feel ready. No other gym has provided me with such an incredible workout in that short amount of time like 9 Round. Your in, your out and you feel sore but amazing. I will always recommend 9 Round to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE 9Round Rosenberg! The staff are friendly and super helpful. They provide a wide variety of work outs and the music that’s played is super motivating!!!! I highly recommend 9Round if your looking for a fast pace yet effective work out.

Are you like me? Do you have a hard time going to a gym where you pick your own exercise routines or wait for a turn on equipment or feel like a tool who doesn't know your purpose? Do you work better with guidance or just with someone who keeps you moving forward with a positive attitude? Do you just need someone to kick you in the backside to get you moving? If you've got a yes to any of that, I recommend 9Round. Josh and Priscila + their whole team of energetic trainers will work with you and get to know your needs, and greet you by name when you show up. They take a genuine interest in your well-being and want you to succeed. That level of personal attention is what makes this place special. You can work out anywhere- but places to work out where you feel valued is something more rare.

Josh, the owner, just opened this new location in Rosenberg. He has his other location in Richmond as well. If you live in the area and are looking for a "fun and cool way" to work out, 9 Round is a place you have to try. It is so much better than a simple 24 hour fitness or lifetime gym membership.
