Crossfit 1093 is an awesome gym that tailors to all levels of athletes! The owners Tim and Marie are very welcoming and truly have a passion for crossfit. The coaches are very knowledgable about the movements within the workouts and ensure a proper warm-up prior to each session. Crossfit 1093 has fun community and lively atmosphere.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I came to Crossfit 1093 after not lifting regularly for about nine years AND with me having 6 month old twins. They have met me at MY level and have pushed me to better myself all while making sure I stay injury free. I feel encouraged and motivated each and every time I am there and always look forward to returning. -Megan

I have dropped in here several times when I come visit family in the area and I keep coming back! Great people, great programming and great facility. I've done Crossfit for almost 5 years and have visited A LOT of boxes and I highly recommend this one. I'd go here if I lived close by.
