Serious fitness and wellness here. This industrial but serious place is about you and getting to your goals. Hours are: Mon-Thurs: 0500-1000 and 1600-2100 (4-9pm) with Friday 0500-1000 and 1600-2000 (4-8pm) Just off Crab River and behind the Bucees- it’s tucked away but not hidden. The Dental office is out front. The facility has handicap accessible parking and while the main entrance isn’t automated- it’s passable. Ample parking. ~Jonathan

I absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I came to Crossfit 1093 after not lifting regularly for about nine years AND with me having 6 month old twins. They have met me at MY level and have pushed me to better myself all while making sure I stay injury free. I love coming here! This gym offers so much to do from classes to a sauna and even a cycling studio. I take kickboxing classes weekly and Ben, the trainer, never fails to miss a class. I also love the sense of community and how friendly everyone is. If you’re looking for a gym to call a second home.. this is it! ~Carlazeli

Great gym, have been a member for a while! I love the cleanliness and friendliness of the club! Always available, always ready to help with any suggestions re work outs and nutrition! Would definitely recommend! And personal training is amazing! The do offer discounts from time to time so you should definitely check it out! Plus it is not as busy as it gets at other large scale gyms! Come workout here! ~Elza
