Bankers are clueless . I spoke to the customer service over the phone and they gave me step by step process on what the banker at this branch should do. Bankers at this branch still could nor help. They were more interested in me opening another account instead of retaining me as a customer. I guess they need to meet quota. Update - I gave all the information to Edgar Thihu so he can help. He gave me the wrong information and when I spoke to customer service over the phone - he did not do what he was supposed to do.

The drive up atm is never fully functional. I have to drive all the way to the chase in fry to make deposits at their atm

Slow. Sat in front of the drive thru teller 15 minutes and had already sent the canister before they even acknowledged me. X8 to cash a check over $50, what a rip off. Teller said it was because it was not a check cashing place. I thought it was a bank. Terrible service.

Most Chase banks are allowing walk-in business again, including this one. Hours may be reduced though so be sure to check ahead of your visit.

Changed from Wells Fargo with the promise of a $600 bonus that was never received. We moved $30,000 to their bank with a guaranteed return of $600. I’ve called numerous times, been in the branch and was promised by the branch manger it would be deposited the next day. And guess what, it didn’t happen. She said after the fact it would take three additional days going through her regional to get it taken care of. I was suppose to hear from her by Monday and I didn’t. So I called Tuesday and she is on vacation and chose not to do as she said and get back to me knowing good and well she wouldn’t even be there. I’m appalled and will be moving my money BACK to Wells Fargo where they treat their customers the way they should be. Don’t fall for their “new customer” scam!!

One nominal customer service Sergio on the phone and then the young lady also at the counter. You’re knowledgeable and experienced patient answer all my questions and the service was exceptional. Much better than you typically receive at a bank. I was well pleased and appreciated the quick assistance.

Been sitting in the lobby waiting for assistant for almost 30 minutes. I can hear the branch manager doing an employee review. What she just said floored me... "I am here to make money and get the Quarterly bonus." Shut the office door! It shows she is not here to help the customers.
