Extremely rude when dropping off the prescription. Only provided one of two meds that I needed to take same day due to surgery earlier in the day. Fortunately I had the doctor sent a new prescription to CVS that opens longer and actually answers the phone. Publix never answered the phone to address this major issue.

Assistant Manager/Pharmacist Sadys A. is a godsend! She's friendly, kind, polite, attentive, skilled, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, quick, precise, and approachable...need I use more adjectives? I always feel the need to give credit where credit is due, and Sadys provided me, the customer, with exceptional service! If only others could follow her outstanding example.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I was outraged at the fact that the pharmacist told me within 5 minutes of looking at my prescription that they are closing in 15 minutes and that he would not be able to fill my prescription tonight. I inquired as to why and he said because he has other prescriptions to fill which may or not be picked up by closing. By far the worst pharmacy experience ever. He even wasted 10 minutes trying to explain to me about the other prescriptions he needed to fill, when he could have started mine. It’s no wonder why Publix Pharmacy is in dire need of customers. They neee to train their pharmacy employees proper etiquette.

Stood at the drop off window for 15 minutes while the lone pharmacist served several other customers at the pick-up line, all but one of whom arrived after me. Luckily I chose to spend that time looking up better pharmacies!

Very organized & clean. Too bad it's not a Publix close to my home. I have the Monza & LeJeune location next to me. When I do go to this location, it has always been a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!!!

At the pharmacy, the person receiving the orders for medication, not helpful or polite. Unfortunately because I wanted to make it my pharmacy of choice. Now I try to avoid it at all. That same day I went to another publix pharmacy and it was totally different. I wanted to ask if the pharmacy was in network wit my insurance. In the first pharmacy she said she needed to run my order first And said good by in a bad Maner. In the second pharmacy which is not in Douglas and 16th, the person look it up in the system and was more informed and more helpful. A totally different experience.
