It's not cool when they substitute a prescription for a no name brand without informing you. Then when you call them they just tell you when you refill to let them know. Sorry you lost my business. I will be transferring my prescriptions. Not to mention the car in front of me took over 13 minutes.

3 cars in front at the drive thru and it took us 55+ minutes to get 2 ready prescriptions… no time management sense what so ever. Learn how to direct people better- Covid Testing for more than 2 people INSIDE- there were 5 inside the car Smh is common sense. and then to top it all they only work 9-4pm on the weekends. Definitely should have listen carefully to the reviews. Never again! -5 should be the option.

We have done a Antigen Covid19 test yesterday around 3 PM, the result should have been delivered up to 24h, it is now 9:30 PM and no result was sent.

Today I went to Labcorp for blood test and I was very pleased with the service. This is not my first time there. I don't think others Labcorp they have the attention to detail and service that they rendered to me, Specially Vida and Madeline, always ready to answer any questions and always very helpful. Worst experience ever. I arrived at drive thru for a covid test and didn't realize I was really early for my appointment. The cashier at the window told me I was too early and they were not going to test me at that time. the cashier's unprofessionalism towards my early arrival was unnecessary. I am a health care worker who works nights and I was trying to do the right thing and get tested to make sure I am okay to be around my family for the holidays and this cashier ruined it. THIS IS WHY COVID CONTINUES TO SPREAD!!!!

Pharmacist offers horrible service does not answer calls, has also closed drive through window in my face after waiting behind other vehicles before closing time. Managment does not care for customer satisfaction it’s too bad because it should come natural in this line of business. I have reported them to headquarters.

I want to thank the pharmacy team for their help. We had a covid test scheduled for Sunday and they called to say they would be closed then. I told them we needed the test to travel and they told us to come in. Very much appreciated!

The outside needs love and care. Please power wash. And paint. inside its okay. Other areas here at Canoe creek are great but Walgreen needs to refresh.
