Went in with my son, other than being told they were out of bread, which I understood. The whole time I was there the lady that was taking our order completely ignored us and was talking to another customer the whole time. Very bad customer service.

Was craving Subway and It was a great visit! The three people working that day were just fantastic, there friendliness was outstanding so happy I chose to go today! Glad they had a sense of humor to made me laugh definitely brightened my day glad I chose them for lunch was a great choice! Food was great as always and will always love coming back!

This is a sad, yet heartwarming note. On the evening of December 22, I stopped to pick up an online order. My wife and I would be having our 21 year-old cat put to sleep the next morning, and her favorite thing in the world was the tuna from Subway, so after I picked up my order, I waited in line to get a tuna sandwich for her. The young man who was taking my order that night was incredibly sweet and kind, and while in the process of asking questions about my order (did I want this toasted?, etc) learned it was for our cat. He expressed such empathy and kindness and as I moved down toward the register and took out my wallet, he insisted he pay for the sandwich, offering "this one's on me". It may have only been a few dollars, yet I didn't want this small act of humanity to go unnoticed. Thank you to the young man with the short, dark beard working that night.

Poor service. Out of bread.. can't get most items. Total bs and will never come back. Ever. Stay away go to another sub place that will actually have the items on the menu

Great subs and amazing staff. They are always so friendly and willing to go out of their way to make the absolute best sandwhich :) J was probably the best and really friendly as well.

I am absolutely appalled with how your store treats disabled people and disabled Veterans also who have served their country with honor and courage! Your non disciplined and lack of self control employees shouldn’t be laughing at those who can’t wear masks due to medical restrictions! Your store does not deserve business nor the honor to serve any of our nations Hero’s period! If I could give your store negative five stars for refusing a disabled vet service today I would! Your store should be shut down or get new management with new staff that have honor and respect!

When we went in, there were no other customers. Two of the three employees went oit for a break. Quickly there was a line behind us as we placed our four sub order to go. The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers to help her. We understood and were sympathetic. The employee was friendly despite the backed up line. Very pleased with the quality of food and service (although, we were first in line so I am sure others will have a different review of the situation)
