Horrible customer service. The website says 48 hours for a PCR test but that’s false. Took the test via drive thru window with some rude woman and at the end they told us that the test will take 5 days. Awful!

Pharmacy is the worst. I have been waiting for a medication that is a maintenance medication that I have to take daily, for 15 days. It has been “out of stock”. This is honestly laziness, I have called almost every day to see if it’s come in and they CANT tell me!!!!! I’m so extremely upset, if I could give no stars I would. Who ever is running the pharmacy needs to be fired.

The vaccine appointments keep getting canceled. Made one appointment 2 weeks in advance and it was canceled. The lady in the pharmacy told me first call and check the availability and then make an appointment. So I did. I come to the store and they canceled it again! I called in advance and asked! Absolutely unacceptable. My health is being put at risk because people simply don’t want to do their job.

I don't recommend anyone shop at this location, due to their bait and switch practices. We attempted to buy two pair of Foster Grant reading glasses at the advertised $15.99 ea. BOGO price, that was listed on the display rack. The BOGO deal was advertised to be good thru March 19th (today is only the 14th). When they rang the glasses up on the register, the price per set came to $29.99 ea. (instead of the $15.99 ea. advertised price). When we protested, the manage on duty "Dwight" walked over to the display case with us to verify the price, and he said "this price is only on Walgreen's models and that the special price was no longer in effect anyway.'' Again, we pointed out that the price clearly states "$15.99 on both the Foster Grant brand and/or Walgreens Reader brand, and that the BOGO offer also stated "Good thru MAR 19" Dwight (the manager) still stuck to his story, despite us showing him again where it clearly says Foster Grant brand included and also that the price marked was good until March 19th. "Dwight" also didn't remove the promo pricing sticker from the display, even though he just said it was not correct. Now other shoppers may be misled into believing the price is $15.99 per pair; unfortunately some shoppers won't notice when their items get rung up, and others won't have the courage to dispute the higher price, so they'll simply fall victim to getting ripped off. The store hours for the pharmacy clearly state that they open at 9am on Sundays, both on the website and the drive thru. THEY OPEN AT 11AM ON SUNDAYS apparently. I went today (2/6/22) at 9am to fill a script for antibiotics and a store associate was the one that told me they now open at 11am. Walgreens is a billion $ corp and they can't manage to update store hours for their locations? 🙄

This Walgreens has about the most useless pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Always busy, never has the time to help anyone... Their medical/medicine area is less than to be desired as well... They didn't have Children's Pepto Bismol! They're only open till 9 pm and, if I want a 24 hr one, I have to go all the way east on Hallandale Beach Blvd, and their pharmacy isn't even open 24 hrs like it used to be. Not happy with it, but it's only 2 blocks away from my home, so I guess THAT'S a positive!!

Worst Pharmacy department ever many time you gave to return 3 time for your medication. Amazing how imployees can Ruin a multi million dollar company. Every time I go to pick up my medication it's a project torture Stress waiting And the majority of the inventory It's not there

Third world operations. Dropped off a script they said it would be ready in one hour. Came back made me wait 30 minutes. They then said the medication is out of stock and I should try a different Walgreens. Spent 45 minutes waiting while they helped other customers that came after me. Terrible experience. Not friendly staff. Not organized.

This Walgreens is good, has a big parking spaces, pharmacy personal is very friendly they don't have enough cashiers on site and this can make your visit a nightmare. Over all the store is clean, organize and plenty of products.
