A little disappointed in the Covid 19 drive thu testing. First they couldn’t find any of the appointments we made. Then when I called the lab because the email was missing the confirmation number - hear they are backlogged and to just be patient. After the test at the window they said 36 to 72 hours. I think I am going back to the FIU testing site. PCR results in less than 24 hours.

This place used to be my go to Walgreens in this area. Some employees are rude, unaware of their own sales, lazy and argumentative. They didn’t want to honor their after Christmas sale. The make up section is a disaster with used products for sale. Too bad a few sub par employees can make ruin this Walgreens. The one on 137th and bird can be sketchy but the employees are consistently helpful. Will go to that one from now on.

Big 10 for the pharmacy staff, many years going there, in so many years not a single complaint in my part, is a pleasure getting my medicines there, they take good care of customers.

Service through the drive up was quick. Prescription was ready when quoted. everything was correct. Pharmacist was very professional and even wished me good recovery and good health. Don’t use this pharmacy. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. I called right at 9am and have not been able to get through. On top of that I tried calling the front and they won’t pick up either! Someone needs to check up on this store, a district manager or something

It looks like they are always short with employees, i spend over 15 minutes just waiting to get to the window then i get there 1 cashier in the pharmacy helped 3 customers before someone else came to assist me after i blew my car horn from stress waiting. Either get more help in the pharmacy or help 1 customers in the store and 1 at the window rotating. So annoyed every month

Worst pharmacy on the dam planet! I gave them a prescription with two medications on it for my daughter and they only filled out one medication. Then when i call to ask about the other medication i was constantly put on hold and then when being transfered to the pharmacy line, which I had to call 4 times, noone ever answered until after waiting 40 minutes. All the while I was on hold my husband showed up there and the pharmacy had 3 employees there and not 1 customer! The phone was ringing and all the workers were immune to the phone ringing. When i finally got through the pharmacy tech was extremely rude and not a care in the world that he forgot to READ the full prescription. Why the hell are Walgreens paying these people sooo much money when they can even read a full prescription??? And not to mention that i paid over $400 in meds that day, no apologies and discounts were given. Walgreens may be fast but are wayyyy behind in customer service. CVS has earned a new customer!
