Currently on hold for 50 minute with the pharmacy while writing this review. They keep picking the phone up putting it on hold this is so sad. Told me mens. Would be ready yesterday but wasn't now on hold.

I love this Walgreens… and pharmacy staff are so jelly. The pharmacist too. Everyone is very helpful. Thank you for serving me for the pass 24 years.

The pharmacy staff at this location is completely incompetent. They had a line wrapping around the the aisle and only one person handling pickups and drop offs for prescriptions. It took 40 minutes for a manager to notice and to have one of his assistants help customers. I would avoid this location at all costs.

It's Walgreens, they're very much all the same. This one has a good and friendly staff though, which makes it a lot nice to shop at than some of the others.

40 mins on hold. Then they (pharmacy hung up on me) 2nd call. 30 mins on hold. Walgreens should be held liable for delaying patient care knowingly and not hire enough staff. Same goes for most of cvs and walgreens in Miami last fee years. We all deserve better.

These employees at the pharmacy work dumb slow its almost on purpose. It wasn't busy at all. It took them more than 40 minutes just to tell the dude infront of me that they didn't have his prescription. Mind you there was like 3 people in line .....this place is always under staffed I wonder why.

I was here today at this Walgreens and the service was terrible…at the pharmacy the treatment was more than bad…and at the registers up front as well…in short, the customer service is very, very bad

Terrible Walgreens. Medications take forever to fill and pick up times are well over an hour. They either need more staff or they need to be more efficient in how they work. I would give them zero stars If I could.

By the time I finish this review and feedback submission to The Walgreens Boot Alliance I wasted 4 hours of my time. I write to you today to inform you that the pharmaceutical operations at Walgreens - Store #3721 located at 15255 SW 137TH AVE Miami, FL 33177 provided the most reprehensible service we have ever experienced. After I promptly arrived at the scheduled vaccination time I waited over 2 and a half hours to be assisted only to be told that the pharmacy did not have my MMR Vaccine. If this doesn’t define despicable & repugnant, I don’t know what will. The lack of professionalism at this establishment is deplorable, disgraceful, discreditable, disreputable, despicable, culpable, wrong, odious. We will be taking our pharmaceutical needs else where. Finally; for the betterment of my community and the people that routinely depend on WBA’s services; revise your hiring process; I’ve seen teenagers manage a McDonalds better. This Walgreens is a joke. If you plan on coming to the pharmacy you better have an abundance of time on your hands, there has never been a moment when I've gone to either pick up or drop off a prescription where they do not take more than an hour. I've called and complained to the managers and nothing is ever really done they just apologize for being short staffed, but never rectify the problem. There are Pharmacy employees are rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to even acknowledge if you are placing in a complaint. The last time I got down there to physically drop off a prescription, I spoke to the employee ringing me up after waiting an hour to drop off the prescription, only to be ignored while he rang me up. I will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can locate another one that is close enough to me.
