Usually I don't like to leave bad review on a business. This time I couldn't. Probably for the best of our community to raise the voice when you live a bad experience. I choose this pharmacy to do a pcr. I was there on time. It's a drive through test. I had to wait 15 minutes extra. I got to the window. It was very dark tinted. You can hardly see if someone is behind the window. I had to knock on the window to talk to someone. The technician gave me a bag with no instructions and told me if you don't understand/ know how to do it ,call me. I did call her and it was done after 15 minutes back and forth. She said drop it in the box by the building. I drove to the back looking to the box. I couldn't find it. I went inside and the cashier told me it's by the pharmacy window. The technician could've simply said drop it in the box on the right of the window. It's one of the times I feel we are in a third world country.

CVS corp needs to review the staffing model for this CVS. Everyone at the pharmacy is understaffed; no matter what day I go or if I choose the drive through. I always wait 30+ minutes to either drop off or pick up medicine. They don’t have enough staff to staff the drop off station so you wait 30 minutes to just drop off medicine. (See picture been waiting in drive-through for 40 minutes) five cars waiting behind me.

This store is terrible it is beyond dirty messy The pharmacy staff. Treat you like garbage. Very rude very disrespectful 2 hour in line to get medicine. Terrible.

I was on hold to speak to the pharmacist for almost 30 minutes and then they hung up on me, also every time I go to the pharmacy customer service lack of manners.

Could give it just one star, the lines for prescriptions, the cashiers, they take so long and leave mid conversation and just talk to each other while the client is waiting there for them, horrible service , if you wanna lose time this is the right place

Wort cvs ever the prescriptions are never ready, always a lot of people waiting, the employees rude will never go back and will transfer all my prescriptions

If possible will give no stars. Calling the pharmacy is not an option. If you have any questions about a prescription etc do not bother calling, they won't answer. I was over an hr holding on the phone. It is not the first time, is always being like that. Very disappointed with their phone service. Actually, very disappointed the have no phone service at all.

The worst customer service I have received at CVS. In the pharmacy section I have encountered a very rude lady twice. Her name is Donisheya as I have retrieved from my receipt and her name tag. The first time was through from when she hanged up on my mother because she couldn't communicate very well in English. I called back to manage the situation and finally get my mom's prescription and this lady answered the phone once again; she was rude and very unprofessional. The second time was today, I waited in line for 15 plus minutes, but that is not an issue to me. The problem is when I finally approached the pick up window to retrieve my prescription and this lady didn't even look at me. She asked for my information and she stated that my prescription was not ready. This is after 2 days of me dropping of the order and receiving a call from CVS as prescription ready for pick up. After her ignoring me for countless minutes of waiting, she returns from the back. She handed the medication bag and I continued to pay. After payment she didn't even hesitate and called for the next customer. Nor a greeting. I said: have a nice day. She didn't even took the time to respond. The problem here is not that this pharmacy is short staff, it is not that it might take a longer time to be attended, that is understandable in my eyes. The problem here is the treatment we as customers are receiving. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. CVS should look further into this situation that seem to be a big problem in this neighborhood's pharmacy.
