8 Best vitamin and supplements store in Miami, Florida (FL) 2025

Usually I don't like to leave bad review on a business. This time I couldn't. Probably for the best of our community to raise the voice when you live a bad experience. I choose this pharmacy to do a pcr. I was there on time. It's a drive through test. I had to wait 15 minutes extra. I got to the window. It was very dark tinted. You can hardly see if someone is behind the window. I had to knock on the window to talk to someone. The technician gave me a bag with no instructions and told me if you don't understand/ know how to do it ,call me. I did call her and it was done after 15 minutes back and forth. She said drop it in the box by the building. I drove to the back looking to the box. I couldn't find it. I went inside and the cashier told me it's by the pharmacy window. The technician could've simply said drop it in the box on the right of the window. It's one of the times I feel we are in a third world country. ~Ziad

The pharmacist at this location is extremely rude, I am a nurse and was trying to help call in a medication for a patient having trouble obtaining. When asking on how to send over the prescription for the patient, the pharmacist said “the doctor at your office should know the laws on this I will not explain it to you”. And hung up. In these times I understand frustration but she was rude from beginning to end when I was just trying to help a patient obtain the medication she needs ~Mariana

CVS is NOT the pharmacy to use, especially if you are new to the area. Who tf can tell which CVS to go to if there are 5 different locations on the same street? Also they don’t accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, literally the most common health insurance in the nation. And staff are not very concerned with helping you; I waited for an hour to receive my medicine today. I was standing there with vertigo and they couldn’t be bothered to help me get my medicine in the time they promised. Literally never shopping at CVS again after today ~Elisha

Please be aware that the pharmacy opens at 8:00am and not 7 as stated here. The star at this location is great, however they are understaffed so prepare to wait in line for a while. ~Ana

I was in line at the pharmacy at 1:25pm and there was a car in front of me. After they finished at 1:31pm with the car in front of me, they closed the window on me for lunch. I have learned my lesson and will go into the store instead for now on. ~michael

We avoid this CVS at all cost but the medicine we needed was only available at this CVS so we were stuck. It was the nightmare we expected it to be. Went at night for the first medication and it wasn’t ready. Actually they told my husband they never got a prescription. I went the next morning and told them to check their messages as doc had called it in the previous night. After waiting about 20 minutes they told me to make the line again and it would be ready by the time I made it to the window. I came back later that afternoon to pick up the same medicine for my husband. Again, they said they hadn’t received anything. I told them to check their messages again. Again, I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me to go to the back of the line so they could have it ready. I don’t understand why this pharmacy is so inefficient. The techs were polite enough and it was evident that they were embarrassed by the situation. This place is so mismanaged. I will stick with the Walgreens across the street from now on even it means waiting longer for a medication to be available. This is beyond frustrating! Yes, I’m still in line! ~Rojas

David, the Manager, assisted me in finding the product I needed. He went above and beyond to find the product I needed so that I would leave CVS a satisfied customer. It would have been easy for me go to another store to purchase the product, but David came through. Thank you! ~Susan

Came late in need of assistance. Spoke with staff member Chris who was wonderfully helpful and pleasant, unfortunately CVS didn't have what we needed but good customer service is always appreciated 👍 was able to find what we needed elsewhere. ~SkyChaser
