Terrible experience at the pharmacy in this cvs. Despite having an appointment for both flu and covid shot, a really rude lady said that she would only do flu because she did not see it in the system. After that, she proceeded to try to charge me saying my insurance did not cover for the shot, when I know positively it does. She printed some form with someone else’s data and insurance info not matching mine. After showing my insurance id with the right data they insisted it was not covered. After all this episode I felt it was not safe to get anything in this location so I went somewhere else to get the vaccine with no issues and no charges from my insurance

Ok this is a really disappointing store ! Being picking up a simple eye drops by prescription but still after over more than an hour they couldn’t process the order till almost two hours whoever this happen after we call and put the pick up estimated time of 2hours prior ! After that we have to move from cashier to cashier and nothing .. this two person highlighted are the one who attends us Mr. Jose was always calling us Bro really poor customer service and instigated that we should pay the full price upfront having a coupon ! And Ms. Annelys Ceballos she try to accommodate us whoever playing being a Manager without the title shouldn’t be the resolution after we ask for a manager.. thank u tho Ms annelys. I never would come back to this CVS please save your time.

Really bad customer service fork the lady at the register today , i came to pick up a UPS box i asked the lady to help me she ignores me for about 5 minutes while she put away merchandise then when she was feeling ready she looked for my package and did it with a horrible attitude

Registers ran smoothly. Staff was attentive. Pharmacy wait time was approximately 15 minutes to pick up prescription at the counter. Plenty of items in stock. Prices vary with some specials. Parking lot is usually full. Drive Tru most of the time is full.

Came late in need of assistance. Spoke with staff member Chris who was wonderfully helpful and pleasant, unfortunately CVS didn't have what we needed but good customer service is always appreciated 👍 was able to find what we needed elsewhere.

I came early morning.. perhaps they were short staffed and under pressure but no one acknowledged me starting from the entrance and going into the isles. I work with the public and any time a customer comes into an establishment ....with all due respect... the first encounter with an employee should be good morning, hello, welcome..they might could of said anything and didn't. I confronted a manager while at checkout and asked her what was going on with the energy here, and first she didn't speak English, I'm bilingual but what if I didn't speak Spanish how does one communicate with English speaking customers? Continuing, I explained all the above and she stated that with proper manners whoever enters into their store should say good morning or hello to them...super disturbing, very disappointed..common courtesy goes a long way. Won't be coming back will follow up with a call to corporate.

Brian has got to be the nicest employee I have come across at CVS.. First that's one of the few stores that answers the phone.. I called for a very specific product which is hard to find, he went looked and saved them for me at the cashiers desk.. A lot of CVS employees should learn from him..!! They should give Brian a raise..!! Well done and thank you..!!
