Awful customer service. I called the pharmacy and they put me on hold three times without allowing me to even say a word. They are very unprofessional.

Worst Walgreens I have ever stepped into. I have known this Walgreens for 30 years, even before this new building was constructed. No one at this location speaks English or doesn’t even try. The employees are yelling across the store about their personal lives. Nobody is ever at the register when you’re ready to check out. The photo department checks that the photos are ready only hours after the pick up time and are still not ready. They give you all the excuses in the book and still take their time while you are there waiting. They also leave your personal photos on the front counter for everyone to see. To add to the list, today my wife got a vaccine and of course nobody at the check-in. The employee getting off shift was running away and had nobody there. They take forever to finally see you to fill out forms then disappear again while you wait. The cherry on top is they must be blind! After my wife got her vaccine they didn’t even put the bandaid on the injection site, see attached. Worse Walgreens! I rather drive a few more mins to go to CVS. Side note: they also maybe have some building code issues, while waiting for so long I noticed that there ceiling joist are missing some bolts. Granted, they could be welded on the other side or something else but just curious…

Customer service in the pharmacy it’s terrible, no one pick up the phone or picked up and hung up, I feel aggravated, I have trying to contact them all day long with no answer.

I’m a patient diagnosed with COVID, I used the drive thru located on Miller and 93 Ave to pick up medication prescribed and avoid spread the virus to others. In addition I also needed over the counter medication such as Robitussin and nasal spray. Attendant at drive-thru refused to sell these items and asked me to go inside the pharmacy. Poor judgement and horrible customer service.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. No apparent sense of urgency on the part of staff. In fairness the elderly customers who want to chat up the cashier because they are out on a field trip don't help.

Stay away for Pharmacy. They will lie to you multiple times and not care. Had a prescription they said would be ready in an hour. Came back 4 hours later and told me it wasn’t ready to go back in drive thru line and it will be ready. When I said no I waited long enough, they get someone else to tell me they don’t have the medicine in stock. They don’t care about your health if you are inconvenience to them. Then when I asked for their names they gave a fake name when their real name is on their name tag! Surprised Wallgreens would be desperate enough to allow this type of operation. Stay away from the pharmacy

Really bad customer service at the prescription counter at this location, I was in the phone for like 40 min earlier today, they pick it up once in a while, say something like hold it and put you on hold again without letting you talk, very disrespectful. And yes the store was remodeled a few years ago, is organized and clean but seriously understaffed, when you go in person to the prescription counter is also really slow, and the overall feeling is bad.

Worse pharmacy ever. I have been coming here for 2 months and every time they take so long to deliver a prescription. This time they made me wait for more than 1 hour and get in the line twice. In the end, they said they needed more info from my doctor and insurance. (Something they could have said an hour ago). It’s abusive and unnecessary to do this. Their excuse: “we are understaffed”. With 4 people working in the pharmacy, they could have figured out what to do an hour ago.

I would suggest you to stay clear of this drugstore. Went in at 5:40pm to pickup drops at the pharmacy for my son who was suffering from an ear infection and was told they could not fill the prescription. Asked nicely and was told by a pharmacist female wearing a grey outfit she couldn’t do it. The DIstrict Manager can check the time I went in 5:40pm wearing a black shirt and shorts with my son wearing a black shirt and jeans. I always give this Walgreens a chance because it’s close to my house but this time I can’t hold up from giving it a horrible review. The crazy part of it the interaction was the fact she said I am sorry but she did not mean it. I have seen this same group argue with elderly while I have been there. Most of the times their drive thru is closed or they don’t respond. Also keep in mind she was talking to the pharmacist while I was waiting in line and nobody to assist the other customers as well. With as many points of distribution available to fulfill this prescription why would you choose this one. As you can see from the pic she could have done it but she did not want to do it. Walgreens pharmacy has terrible customer service. I gave the pharmacist three prescriptions to fill and he informed me it would take 30 minutes. I came back an hour later and they could not find my prescriptions and told me they were not scanned in. They eventually found the prescriptions and told me they would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, the employee told me they would not be ready until much later, around 7PM. The prescriptions are for my brother that is in a lot of pain after major surgery. I hope they will improve in the future.
