A little disappointed in the Covid 19 drive thu testing. First they couldn’t find any of the appointments we made. Then when I called the lab because the email was missing the confirmation number - hear they are backlogged and to just be patient. After the test at the window they said 36 to 72 hours. I think I am going back to the FIU testing site. PCR results in less than 24 hours. ~Robert

Worst Walgreens I have ever stepped into. I have known this Walgreens for 30 years, even before this new building was constructed. No one at this location speaks English or doesn’t even try. The employees are yelling across the store about their personal lives. Nobody is ever at the register when you’re ready to check out. The photo department checks that the photos are ready only hours after the pick up time and are still not ready. They give you all the excuses in the book and still take their time while you are there waiting. They also leave your personal photos on the front counter for everyone to see. To add to the list, today my wife got a vaccine and of course nobody at the check-in. The employee getting off shift was running away and had nobody there. They take forever to finally see you to fill out forms then disappear again while you wait. The cherry on top is they must be blind! After my wife got her vaccine they didn’t even put the bandaid on the injection site, see attached. Worse Walgreens! I rather drive a few more mins to go to CVS. Side note: they also maybe have some building code issues, while waiting for so long I noticed that there ceiling joist are missing some bolts. Granted, they could be welded on the other side or something else but just curious… ~kowyen

This Walgreens is a nightmare, there’s always one cashier and of course long lines of unhappy customers. No shopping carts and/or basket available, none! No change available!! So if you’re planing on paying cash, keep that on mind, they don’t have change! Incredible! Worst Walgreens on the area! ~Yaili

40 mins on hold. Then they (pharmacy hung up on me) 2nd call. 30 mins on hold. Walgreens should be held liable for delaying patient care knowingly and not hire enough staff. Same goes for most of cvs and walgreens in Miami last fee years. We all deserve better. ~Victor

The reason I’m Gigi this store a 5 stars is because everything was clean and organized and because of one person in particular. Emily was a great help at checkout. She saw that the system wasn’t taking my coupons so she went above and beyond and wanted to help me with each of my items so make sure my coupons applied so I could save money. She didn’t have to do that but the fact that she did speaks a lot of wonderful things about her character. If the manager sees this, Emily is doing amazing!! Thanks Emily. Usually I don't like to leave bad review on a business. This time I couldn't. Probably for the best of our community to raise the voice when you live a bad experience. I choose this pharmacy to do a pcr. I was there on time. It's a drive through test. I had to wait 15 minutes extra. I got to the window. It was very dark tinted. You can hardly see if someone is behind the window. I had to knock on the window to talk to someone. The technician gave me a bag with no instructions and told me if you don't understand/ know how to do it ,call me. I did call her and it was done after 15 minutes back and forth. She said drop it in the box by the building. I drove to the back looking to the box. I couldn't find it. I went inside and the cashier told me it's by the pharmacy window. The technician could've simply said drop it in the box on the right of the window. It's one of the times I feel we are in a third world country. ~Ziad

While Generally I love Walgreens , there is one thing they could do to improve on that. If I have prescriptions waiting for pickup I’m not likely to make a special trip when I know I’ll have to be back in another day or so for the additional prescription. I’m not going to drive 20 miles if I know I’m coming back in a couple of days. Consider your customers time and convenience . If a new prescriptions arrive while others are ready for pickup, extend the pickup window of the older prescriptions a couple a days so all can be pickup in one trip. Yes that doesn’t help your store traffic numbers but your customers may thank you in other ways. Now you arrive and some prescriptions were put back on the shelves. While Walgreens might not wish to avoid the training opportunity afforded your customers by having them wait an hour for the older prescriptions to be refilled , you might consider your training might lead to behaviors you didn’t anticipate or desire! ~John

The pharmacist at this location is extremely rude, I am a nurse and was trying to help call in a medication for a patient having trouble obtaining. When asking on how to send over the prescription for the patient, the pharmacist said “the doctor at your office should know the laws on this I will not explain it to you”. And hung up. In these times I understand frustration but she was rude from beginning to end when I was just trying to help a patient obtain the medication she needs ~Mariana

This Pharmacy is the worst place ever. The female pharmacist is no help whatsoever. Something so simple could of easy been resolved by the doctors office electronically. Instead she puts the burden on the patient to have the prescription revised. Really? Very disappointed. ~Gilbert

My dr was on hold for 25 min trying to order an antibiotic for me. Totally unacceptable. Walgreens signed up to do Covid testing & vaccinations without upgrading the infrastructure to handle it. Supposedly that was not the reason for the hold up today, but adds to my dissatisfaction with this store & location. If my insurance didn't specify Walgreens I'd not step foot in there. BTW the doctor's entire call took 26 min 2 seconds. ~Sue
