My dr was on hold for 25 min trying to order an antibiotic for me. Totally unacceptable. Walgreens signed up to do Covid testing & vaccinations without upgrading the infrastructure to handle it. Supposedly that was not the reason for the hold up today, but adds to my dissatisfaction with this store & location. If my insurance didn't specify Walgreens I'd not step foot in there. BTW the doctor's entire call took 26 min 2 seconds.

Ordered same day delivery from this location for my parents who are sick in bed from COVID while I am out of state. Had to call in just to find out they “don’t have same day delivery” at this location and that it would have to be picked up. Fix your status online.

I keep updating this review because it gets worse and worse… Today, Thursday, the pharmacy is closed. They have no pharmacist. They had one a day before! I had to call another location to get medicine. This Walgreens is fine for shopping. On the other hand, in the last year, things have gone south in the photo department and the pharmacy. Photo: the pick-up service was unacceptable. After ordering through the website, I chose curbside pick-up. In order to do curbside, I was prompted to pay in advance. When I arrived (with enough time before my daughter’s dance lesson ), I had to call the store 2-3 times and speak to about 3 different people just to notify somebody that I was outside for my photo order. Once I’m connected to the right person, they refuse to bring my order out because they see I haven’t paid for it, which I did. I had a receipt. Ultimately, after 15-20 minutes, I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave without my order. At this point, we were late to the dance lesson. My husband goes later to pick up in person and two employees took 20 minutes to figure out that the photos were already paid for before releasing the order to my husband. Finally, my husband comes home with the WRONG order. He was given an order I had previously picked up weeks ago. At this point, I will do my best not to rely on Walgreens to complete any of my future photo orders. Pharmacy: prescriptions are always lagging behind estimated fill times. One afternoon, I called for a prescription update - I waited on the phone for 20 minutes and the call dropped twice, with nobody picking up the other line. That evening, I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru from start to finish with only one car ahead of me. I walked away with 2 out of 4 prescriptions that were ordered that morning.

Garbage location always takes over an hour to get someone from the pharmacy to answer the phone and they put you on hold without even checking with you pharmacy is highly unprofessional and I would recommend going anywhere but here

Horrible customer service!!! Waited for 4 days on pain meds, they keep blaming the insurance but it was them billing incorrectly. Most apathetic staff possible. Stay away from this pharmacy, total losers.

This pharmacy’s personnel is extremely unprofessional, they never answer the phone, and when they do answer they hang up on you. The medicine is never ready on time, they always have an excuse, even if you watched your doctor fax over the rx orders. To even have a refill filled it feels like I have to come in to the pharmacy in person every time, I’m a long time customer of Walgreens, but unfortunately they closed the other location they had near me and had to switch to this location and I’ve had nothing but troubles since.

This place has actually gotten worse. Waited in line for a perception for me father for over an hour. Only one cashier working both counter and drive up. This while the pharmacist and another girl were working in the back. Use the drive through for prescriptions pickup. They give priority to drive up and delivery orders over walk up counter.

Terrible pharmacy customer care, waited 30 Mins in the drive through told to come back 2 hours later to pick up, waited 30 mins again to be told it wasn’t in stock, no compassion when you are sick very unhelpful, went to CVS and give Straight away !

This place is terrible. Like prize-winning terrible. I would only go if: you like waiting forever, are into being hung up on, enjoy generalized incompetence or like feeling epic indifference as to your medical needs; or, if you have a morbid curiosity as to just how bad a pharmacy can be. Otherwise, you’re better off at any other place — as in, if you need Advil you’re better off at the gas station across the street.

We went to get my prescriptions and the bold pharmacist left us waiting for 30min at the car-through. (There were no other customers inside the store) They even disconnected the call button. As soon as parked the car and walked to get the medicines in person, they started to attend other cars. What a frustrating experience.
