Horrible experience today ! Worst woman pharmacy with such an bad attitude and the man nurse .

I go to Walgreens once in a while and every time I go there is one particular cashier with the same bad attitude, she is very very rude, please someone talk to her or train her better, when you are in line you can see the way she is with every customer, don’t you dare ask her nothing or tell her to cancel one item, I was there today around 4:00pm maybe that give you an idea who she is, Walgreens is located on 167 Ave and Kendall Dr.

This Pharmacy is the worst place ever. The female pharmacist is no help whatsoever. Something so simple could of easy been resolved by the doctors office electronically. Instead she puts the burden on the patient to have the prescription revised. Really? Very disappointed.

Manager has no consideration for his customers. Wears mask under his nose. Might as well not wear one at all! You do know that your breath comers from your mouth AND your nose, don't you? You wearing a mask is to protect me and all your other customers, not yourself, as my wearing a mask over my nose and mouth, even though it's uncomfortable, protects you. Have some consideration. It's store policy and manager should be setting an example for everyone else. Will shop elsewhere!

My wife and I decided to get a few things from this location. One of the items that we got was "Dawn". Although over priced, we needed it and I was tired after working 10 hours that day, so we got it. Now, I'm not one to do the dishes all the time, but I was grilling that day, so I offered to do them. It didn't take long for me to realize that the detergent wasn't working. I thought that the sponges were too oiled up from the BBQ and decided to get rid of them. I thought that doing so would take care of the problem, but I was wrong. I poured a good amount of "Dawn" on the sponge and noticed that it didn't create any suds. Immediately I told my wife. She was dismissive. I thought I was going crazy. However, I finished the dished and refilled the little battle that we use for the detergent. It wasn't until the next day when my wife was doing the dishes that I realized that we had brought fake Dawn. She was having the same problem. My point is: we have been using Dawn for many years. Whatever is in that bottle is not Dawn. Don't waste your money people..

I have been going to this Walgreens for years but last night I had the worst experience. I dropped off a prescription for my 2 year old to be filled. The pharmacy assistant told me the insurance usually didn't cover that type of medication. I informed her that was not a problem. My child needed it so the price didn't matter, to please fill the prescription and to let me know when it was ready. She told me to give them about 1 hour and they would call me to come pick it up. 3 hours later and a 2 year screaming from excruciating pain still no call. So I decided to call them. The pharmacist picks up and tells me that they did not fill the prescription because I had not paid for it and that per company policy they could not fill a prescription until it was paid for. At this point I was livid because at no point was this ever explained by the pharmacy associate. If that had been the case I would have gladly paid whatever the price may have been. I go to the store and the pharmacy associate apologies and informs me that it would be 5 minutes. I say no problem and I start browsing around Walgreens. A few minutes later the pharmacy associate calls me over to hand me the filled prescription. I grab it and I start walking on my way. This is when things took a turn for the worst. Out of no where the arrogant pharmacist, one I had never seen at this Walgreens before, decides to tell me I don't understand what the problem is. I honestly lost it. This is a medication for my son who is 2 years old and has been crying and screaming from pain. His response was I don't understand, OK, well its filled. This is not the customer service I would have expected from Walgreens let alone a "professional". If they would have had better communication skills or known what their job was someone would have told me from the beginning that I needed to pay before hand all of this would have been avoided. No one and I mean no one ever told me that or even called me to explain that to me. Honestly, I will be switching my prescriptions to Publix and I don't wish any parent with an extremely sick child has to go through this. This is not acceptable Walgreens and I really hope someone looks into this.

Don't get me wrong I love certain people who work there. The old crew this new people and that manager not so much. I miss the old manager who got promoted and left. They used to have the best deals not anymore.
