Please be aware that the pharmacy opens at 8:00am and not 7 as stated here. The star at this location is great, however they are understaffed so prepare to wait in line for a while.

This was my favorite store but now they take forever in the pharmacy. They need more people for the weekends for pickups It takes too much time and nobody seems to care. I see less people at any Publix farmacy waiting. I am thinking about switching and CVS y Mas probable does not care. Place is too tight and next to the vitamins. It is not good when you need some.

Alicia Gonzalez, NP was super unprofessional and unhelpful. We made an appointment for my sons flu shot. When we walked in she asked who the vaccine was for and the first thing she said was “oh boy” she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She faked inflated prices and was trying to convince us to go somewhere else. Super unprofessional. Avoid the minute clinic at all cost

This is the worst CVS I’ve been to in my entire life. It’s ran like a circus. No one knows what they’re doing in the pharmacy they take forever to help you and their computers are outdated and constantly crashing on the poor employees. This store is a JOKE

If you need a passport photo try this location. The employee who took the photos was very quick and she knew what she was doing. She was successful with both, me and my hubby who is very tall and thin. The light was good and the printing took a few minutes. We went back later the same day to buy the same photos just in case we need it for an other ID. We went there after trying Walgreens and feeling hopeless and disappointed. I recommend it!

My review is based on the minute clinic experience. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. They listed on their website that “walk ins” are available. When we came in at 9am, with no one else waiting, the attending “physician “ told us there were no slots available and that we needed to book an appointment. When we told her that the website stated walk ins were welcomed, she said that it was only when they didn’t have appointments. She then advised me to look online for other clinics to see if they had open slots. I then repeated we were trying to take advantage of cvs policy of walk ins welcome and that it defeats the purpose if I have to “book a slot”. She then shook her head and repeated the same thing. Wasted my time because either cvs and their websites list inaccurate information or the personal they have in these clinics is useless. Either way I’ll never return to this location and advise others to do the same.

The pharmacy at this location is a DISASTER! Unfortunately I cannot give them a zero. Every time I go there for a simple refill there seems to be one issue or another. I have been shorted medication, charged wrong amounts, they messed up my refill dates & quantities when they “fixed” the shorted Rx. I’m extremely disappointed in this location. Would not recommend this to anyone. Im now 4 months later I am adding they have now for the 2nd time given me the wrong prescription. Prior to that they had me jumping hoops for 1 month over a prescription “they didn’t have” and “no one within 20 miles had only to find out they had it all along but didn’t offer it to me because it was brand name and I would have to pay $100. Had they told me that a month earlier I would’ve gladly paid the $100 for a much needed medication. All in all these people are wreckless! They have zero care or understanding for inconvenience they are causing their customers and the possible health repercussions that come along with it. This is a huge liability for anyone who puts their trust in these incapable people and isn’t fully aware of their medications. I will not be stepping foot in that place again!

We usually always come to cvs but today we saved so much money and our experience was amazing thanks to a worker named Alejandra. She gave us lots of coupons and helped us find what we needed. Will definitely keep coming here.

The smell in this place the moment you walk in is unbearable I do not know how the employees that work here have not gotten sick it smells like mold and mildew the presentation of old and not well kept up is beyond me. I don't understand how the manager at this store has not brought it up to the attention of corporate because it is beyond me that corporate or the owner of this establishment has allowed for this CVS 2 disintegrate the way that it has. to walk into a store in the moment you walk in to have to cover your nose as you walk through the aisles hurrying up to look for what you came for because the smell is just unbearable is beyond words I will never step foot in the CVS again I will drive five minutes more and go to the Walgreens on 127th and 120th

Arrogant and very badly educated assistant pharmacist who is today 01/11/ 18, 9:09 AM. CVS should not have this woman attending public, she has no gift of service. If this is how your attention was for me, I can not imagine clients needing more help such as grandparents or disabled people that require a lot of attention and understanding.
