I was in line at the pharmacy at 1:25pm and there was a car in front of me. After they finished at 1:31pm with the car in front of me, they closed the window on me for lunch. I have learned my lesson and will go into the store instead for now on.

Nasty Rude and racist employees. Waited for balloons while two women spoke in Spanish to each other after asking what the problem was was told “there’s no helium”. The store is disgusting and unorganized.

This had been our pharmacy during the past five years. During the past few months, their service has become so bad. It takes more than 1 hr to answer the phone, I’m not exaggerating. Today we waited over two (2) hours to get someone on the phone, and when we got someone, we told them we had waited over two hours. The lady who answered said that she knew about the long wait times but that they were too busy. They are spread too thin and just don’t care about customers who are calling. We are now transferring all prescriptions to another pharmacy, which hopefully can at least answer the phone promptly. Please do not use this pharmacy, it will save you a lot of headaches.

This CVS has been my pharmacy for over five years and customer service has always been very good. However, for a year to date customer service has been fatal when picking up a drug. Every time I go there, I have to wait in line for more than 35 minutes just to confirm the order and they tell me that I have to come back in a few hours for my medicine. Right now my daughter and I are sick. I have been going for my medications for three consecutive days and I can barely stand up because I feel bad and weak. It is a lack of respect and humanity what they have with clients. Today once again I left without my medications and I hold them responsible if my daughter or I worsens the disease. Health is prioritized and they have to make it easier for patients. It is absurd that being sick and weak I have to go to the pharmacy more than three times for a medicine prescribed by my doctor.

One star is actually too much for them. They rather give out COVID test to get grants from the government, instead of doing what pharmacy’s do and provide the medication needed for the ALREADY SICK PATIENTS!!!! I was on day 5 of waiting on my medication and according to their manager Sandra (who shouldn’t even be working with customers with how disgusting of a human being she is) “it is what it is” . Don’t bother sending your medications this way, send it instead to the Walgreens down the road, they had it ready in less than 24hrs.

Sadly, this is by far the worst customer service I ever experienced.. I just picked up my rx after the 3rd attempt. I've called the pharmacy they'll leave you on hold and will never pick up I've even spoken to the manager and complained about situation. During my wait one of the employees was paged overhead, she picked up wrong line(a customer) told call she'll be right with them and never took care of call...during my wait I hear other customers complaint of texts msgs being sent stating Rx is ready and when they're here Rx is not ready...I've read other reviews and I'm not the only one having this problem I hope corporate does something about it

By far the worst customer service ever!! Even other CVS warn you that this place NEVER answers the phone. If you have a question sadly you need to go in person because you will never get an answer and if you are lucky to get an answer they will place you on hold for an eternity and never come back on in which call eventually drops and you gotta start all over! Sadly this is something they won’t change since CVS makes its money anyway.

Horrible Pharmacy, I‘d be waiting on hold from the time I left Dadeland Station and got to the Pharmacy in person. They never call you if there is a problem. I have ordered refills online twice and through their voicemail refill system. I was told it would be ready by 10:00 pm that night. When I came in at 10:00 am the next day. I was told that I had nothing ready and to go to another window. Apparently the CVS Pharmacy had problems with two different insurances. Which they never told me about despite many trips to this pharmacy. So sad, to see a large company go so far down

This pharmacy is the absolute best. The team there is always so kind, helpful, responsive and hardworking. I’ve never been to a pharmacy like this in Miami. Special shout out to my favorite- Joe The Pharmacist for being an absolute angel at all times. I have a CVS across the street from my apartment and I still drive 20 minutes to this CVS location because the experience is so much better.

This is the worst CVS ever. They have no customer service etiquette. The pharmacy is always slow and the workers to do not know what they are doing. They call you and say your medicine is there, when you arrive they have to prepare it. The wait time is at least 30 minutes. Even if there is no one in line. The worst!!!
