I had to go pick up my mother’s medicine through drive thru today, and Rayma the technician was so efficient. I’ve seen her working there a couple of times now and every time she helps me out since most times I have problems with the insurance covering for the meds.

We avoid this CVS at all cost but the medicine we needed was only available at this CVS so we were stuck. It was the nightmare we expected it to be. Went at night for the first medication and it wasn’t ready. Actually they told my husband they never got a prescription. I went the next morning and told them to check their messages as doc had called it in the previous night. After waiting about 20 minutes they told me to make the line again and it would be ready by the time I made it to the window. I came back later that afternoon to pick up the same medicine for my husband. Again, they said they hadn’t received anything. I told them to check their messages again. Again, I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me to go to the back of the line so they could have it ready. I don’t understand why this pharmacy is so inefficient. The techs were polite enough and it was evident that they were embarrassed by the situation. This place is so mismanaged. I will stick with the Walgreens across the street from now on even it means waiting longer for a medication to be available. This is beyond frustrating! Yes, I’m still in line!

I don't understand why they give it so many bad comments when this pharmacy is one of the best, I have never had problems when I go, they try to help as best as possible, they lack staff and it is a very crowded pharmacy, they need more help

If I can give this pharmacy a 0 I would they take foreverrrrrrrrrrr in the the drive tru and inside the lines are crazy I don’t know what takes them so long . And don’t try to call they don’t answer the phone don’t waste your time . Walgreen they are also the same is Miami thing

Having to drive to the store just to know if a prescription is ready or even received is RIDICULOUS and extremely inconvenient for anyone. Not once, but four times… and still can’t get in contact with anyone. Almost 2 hours later and not a single person can answer. Horrible service I will never again have any medications sent to this pharmacy. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This CVS should have been shut down long ago. They don't do anything, even after they say they will, and the employees are miserable. Good luck calling them, you have a better chance driving 40min to talk to them in person. I asked them to transfer meds to a different pharmacy, they never did it. So now I'm in a different area calling family to ask them to transfer it before I'm out of meds - they still haven't done it. As someone with a chronic illness, I'd rather put my life in the hands of a trained monkey than these incompetent mongols. I hope they're rightfully shut down soon.

25min on hold with pharmacy, gave up. Drove to store, i was 6th in line. Line is moving at about 15min per car. WTH? Take your business elsewhere that respects your time.

4++ employees to fill prescription. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Ignored at the drive thru WAITED 30 MINUTES for medicines that were ready. They only acknowledged me after I started pestering them by pressing the button. Inside is worse....you are standing, there is no clear line and NO ONE is keeping their distance. Waited 20 min. Last time inside for prescriptions. After waiting the girl then told me they didn't have the medicine- go to the other CVS on Flagler. Flagler wasn't even sure if they had received and why the 87th and coral way employees would send me there in the first place.. I thoughtoutside would be different- they proved me wrong. Will try the pharmacy across the street from now on.
