the WORST PHARMACY please don’t come to this place for your prescriptions. waited an hour for something that was already present in the system, which they claimed wasn’t there. then claimed my insurance isn’t accepted in CVS just at Walgreens, changed up quickly to say they accepted it. overheard the head pharmacist telling her employees they have to be stern when talking to customers to say when they don’t have something. but …they did have it in the system it just so happened to “appear”. i called my doctor and they said they couldn’t have a third party conversation for prescription, so i asked the pharmacist to call and she called the wrong center. I was the 3rd person TODAY having an issue there & the head pharmacist was shopping at the store instead of dealing with patients. the most disrespectful, ignorant medical “professional” i have ever met.

The problem is not CVS, the problem is just on this store especially, I don't know if it is lack of professionalism, lack of coordination, lack of empathy, something must be but the service of the pharmacy in this store is horrible, not only in my particular case but in other cases that we could see in the store. I have had to go back to my old CVS store which with less staff in the pharmacy offers better service and has better empathy with customers. This CVS pharmacy from 13675 SW 88 St is horrible.

Honestly all the bad reviews are right. This is an awful CVS. And they don’t accept GOODRX! They’re scammers and awful people. They do not even offer any form of assistance with medications. My medication is $100 without GOODRX. With it, it’s $40. But this specific location likes to screw their customers over. They are the worst. Edit: THE PHARMACY DOES NOT ANSWER PHONES! Even if you try to go through your insurance provider, they will ignore them too.

Ever since they changed locations, the customer service at the pharmacy has been horrendous! I have called more 5 times waiting 45 mins to get hung up on… horrendous service, by the way was just on the line and got hung up on again!

I would honestly give negative stars if I could. This has to be the worst CVS on the planet. Multiple calls to pharmacy, over a period of multiple days and months. Many hours spent on hold waiting for them to pickup and just to be hung up on while waiting. Your best bet is to call the actual store and tell them the pharmacy isn’t answering - this was the only way I could get through. My prescription had been there for over two months - medication was on backorder, but then a coworkers same medication got filled the same day his was called in after mine had been there for over a month. I don’t get it? Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. With CVS being such a massive company, I don’t know how they continue to allow such horrible service.

The pharmacy techs here are more worried about leaving on there lunch break then providing care. I came to this CVS to pick up my medication mid asthma and bronchitis flare up. After waiting in the line for an hour to pick up my medications. They told me half of them were available but that the other half weren’t. The technicians exact words to me were “I can fix the problem but look at the line behind you and I have to go to lunch.” While sitting and waiting for the meds she did have for me, I witnessed the poor attitude from both technicians at the register and the continuous response from them that they needed to go to lunch. I’m a healthcare worker, I know customer service and I know what it is to deal with patients and family members and only get a half hour lunch, but I don’t let that get in the way of my customer service.

Continously the WORST experience dealing with my medication. The workers are flippant and they talk to you like you're an ignorant child. My doctor should not need to send in the same paperwork FIVE times for you to get my things after a week of waiting. Disgusted every time I go wait in that line. Currently trying to find another pharmacy and making a complaint because this is unacceptable.

CVS is NOT the pharmacy to use, especially if you are new to the area. Who tf can tell which CVS to go to if there are 5 different locations on the same street? Also they don’t accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, literally the most common health insurance in the nation. And staff are not very concerned with helping you; I waited for an hour to receive my medicine today. I was standing there with vertigo and they couldn’t be bothered to help me get my medicine in the time they promised. Literally never shopping at CVS again after today

I work for a Doctor office is a mission to call for pharmacy department after a long wait over 30 minutes in hold , they hang up on patients and providers. Also they lied to patients saying that prescriptions aren't received and the issue is other ( like they don't have the meds, or is just to say something) very bad service
