The worst experience both as Suntrust as well after their merger with Truist. 1. No respect for the time of account holders. We made a confirmed appointment at 2:30 PM via appoint center link. No person available until 3:30 PM! This same pattern happened three times during the months of May-June 2022 2.There were only one teller and two working branch persons during peak business hours. One branch person in closed doors is always on the phone not even caring for others waiting with confirmed appointments in the lobby area. 3. We had to constantly ask for someone to help with our confirmed appointment and get their attention waving our hands and constantly reminding the lone teller! The branch leader made a rude comment when she finally saw us that we had only to wait an hour after the confirmed appointment! Very poor customer service and no interest or care to serve the account holders. 5. The branch person commented that the merge was very poorly planned, no care for employees and they absolutely dislike the so called new Truist bank! 6. Truist Bank can and should learn about how caring customer service can be provided from Wells Fargo Bank located 1 mile from this branch. What is the purpose and mission of your bank? Needs re-examiming! 7. This attitude and approach is completely un-American! 8. We closed all our accounts and we will not do business with Truist ever in the future!

i have to deal with a banker named Hassan on 4/8/2022. Now i understand why the person before me stormed out and totally has a disgusted look. He is in the wrong business. He may be good at the back but it is a shame to put him as a face represent Truist. The customer service is below 0. I'm moving my business account and recommend all my associates to change bank. There are plenty of banks have much better customer service deserve our businesses

Been coming to this bank for over three years. Today the Asian lady there tells me business deposits inside only.. I’ve never had the problem at any other suntrust location

Came in to cash a Check and it was 10 people in their office doing what seem to be nothing while there was one teller at the window 🙄 mid transaction she said her computer froze she would have to reboot it she doesn’t know how long it will take for it to come back on and recommend that we go to another branch. Now I’m not upset about the technical issues it was the lack of attention and appreciation for their customers that has me irritated 😤

Worst suntrust in GA. Your wait time will be minimum of 1 hour at least!!! People who work at this location doesnt know what to do. They all need to get retrained to be in field. Staffing issue is urgent at this location or any Suntrust. No wonder they got bought out to BB&T. Hopefully BB&T make huge changes soon. Otherwise suntrust cannot survive in the future

Decent branch, but Suntrust has been having more and more issues from two or three months of online banking locking everyones accounts every week, to continually introducing new policies that reduce customer experience and make simple tasks more time consuming. For example, you can't just come and make a credit card payment anymore you have to go get some coupon made but no one there has ever done that so they don't know how to, I don't know why they are making a simple thing convoluted why add additional steps.

Suntrust deserves zero stars. I went into the Johns Creek branch on October 1st, 2018 to request for a new debit card because my chip wasn't working. I told them to expedite the service and they said it will be sent to me in 5 - 10 days. 10 days later I still haven't received my debit card. I called customer service and they connected me to the branch manager who said "I have no idea why your card wasn't sent but the person who placed your order is out for lunch and I'll have him call you back once he's in." Nobody called me back. The next day I called again, one of the branch managers put me on hold for 30 minutes. I got fed up and went into the branch and one of the tellers gave me attitude. She said: "If your card was here somebody would've called you but nobody called you so it's not here." I told her to check for my card in their mail room or wherever new cards get sent to. She refused. The following Monday, October 15th, 2018 came. I called Suntrust customer service line again and they told me the person who placed an order for my card cancelled the order that's why I never received my card. However they didn't see a reason for cancellation. The representative on the phone told me I cannot place a card order over the phone and I would have to physically go into a Suntrust branch. I did that and waited another 10 days, still no card. So this situation completely slipped my mind and I didn't follow up after that. November 15, 2018 came and I had a trip to Los Angeles. I arrived that night and went out for dinner with some friends, my card was declined. I called Suntrust immediately. Apparently they had cancelled my card because I ordered a replacement card on October 1st, the card I never received because a suntrust employee cancelled my replacement order. I had requested for a second card on October 15 but it also never came. I was in LA for about 10 days frustrated because I didn't have a working card. It was Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The 2nd problem with Suntrust is that they charged me multiple fees for transferring from my savings account to my checking account. They should've notified me the first time a fee occurred instead of waiting for me multiple transfers to happen before a notification email was sent to me. They didn't even notify me regarding the fees. I emailed them regarding the fees and 24 hours later a notification email was sent to me regarding the fees. Not very helpful.
