The worst experience both as Suntrust as well after their merger with Truist. 1. No respect for the time of account holders. We made a confirmed appointment at 2:30 PM via appoint center link. No person available until 3:30 PM! This same pattern happened three times during the months of May-June 2022 2.There were only one teller and two working branch persons during peak business hours. One branch person in closed doors is always on the phone not even caring for others waiting with confirmed appointments in the lobby area. 3. We had to constantly ask for someone to help with our confirmed appointment and get their attention waving our hands and constantly reminding the lone teller! The branch leader made a rude comment when she finally saw us that we had only to wait an hour after the confirmed appointment! Very poor customer service and no interest or care to serve the account holders. 5. The branch person commented that the merge was very poorly planned, no care for employees and they absolutely dislike the so called new Truist bank! 6. Truist Bank can and should learn about how caring customer service can be provided from Wells Fargo Bank located 1 mile from this branch. What is the purpose and mission of your bank? Needs re-examiming! 7. This attitude and approach is completely un-American! 8. We closed all our accounts and we will not do business with Truist ever in the future! ~Krishna

I do all my banking with Ameris Bank, my teenage son needed to get a checking/savings account upgrade and we were helped by Alexandra Nehru. She was so wonderful explaining things to my son as it was his first experience in handling his own money. She went over and above giving him insight so that he could make better choices managing his money. Her patience and friendliness were not lost on my son! Wonderful customer service ! ~debbie

Pricing is good but i used my rewards card and i don't what the cashier did that it did not reflect and when i told the guy he would not honor the rewards pricing. He said that since i prepaid there was nothing he could do. I went on Tuesday (dec26) at 2pm in case the manager/owner reads this. Also i was going to play power ball and made an error and he wanted to keep my cash while i write it again... Why? Give me the cash while i write it again... I dont recomend it. ~M.
Kroger Fuel Center
What's great about this station is that they also EV chargers for electric vehicles. Make sure to bring a charge card. The ChaDeMo is $0.25/min, which works out to $5 for 20 minutes, or the 6kw is one dollar per hour for the first three hours. I was able to sneak in a quick charge on the supercharger which was very helpful in driving out to John's Creek from the city. ~James
WOOD & FULLERTON STORES STATE BRIDGE
I called for a specific item, was quoted a price and asked to hold the item for the next morning since I couldn’t make it before closing. The employee said they has an abundance and I didn’t need to pay for the item as it would not be sold out. I arrived at the store the following morning (less than 12 hours later). The manager would not honor the price quoted by her employee, nor would she honor the price on the Ace Hardware.com website. She said she implemented a price change at closing the prior day and it was inflation and I needed to deal with it. A $30.00 increase on a $139.00 item in less than 12 hours. Very very poor customer service and management. It’s hard to support small business when you encounter situations such as this. So the stores response one month later is that I am lying about the pricing and situation. Pretty fascinating way of telling me I’m am lying about the pricing. What would be the motivation? I spent my early career in this industry and find this incredibly sad. Another huge reason to not patronize this establishment. ~kelly

I’ve been here at least 20 times over the years. I was waiting to see if my experience was consistent. It was. I love this place. As a woman, I am always nervous to bring my car in to any shop without my husband but the first visit here, Alex made me feel heard and valued. He and Hussein have always listened to my complaints and stories without judgement and consulted accordingly. I am absolutely 100% satisfied and comfortable with this business and will be returning many more times. The customer service is fantastic and the repairs don’t take 5 weeks. An added plus, there’s a comfy waiting area upstairs with a few business desks (one with a comfy executive business chair 😁), some sofas, a fridge, books and a play area for children, and I’m sure a few other things I’ve forgotten. Also, every time I’ve come here, there have been Johns Creek Police vehicles. If they trust this shop…. I’m just saying. 💁🏽♀️ 20/10 Definitely Recommend! Publix Super Market at Medlock Corners
The people here are so nice. I feel comfortable and enjoy shopping even with my 3 little ones. The employees are always so helpful and help me load my groceries in the car. I have a hard time shopping anywhere other than Publix! ~Sharon
