Best transmission shop in Johns Creek, Georgia (GA) 2025

I’ve been here at least 20 times over the years. I was waiting to see if my experience was consistent. It was. I love this place. As a woman, I am always nervous to bring my car in to any shop without my husband but the first visit here, Alex made me feel heard and valued. He and Hussein have always listened to my complaints and stories without judgement and consulted accordingly. I am absolutely 100% satisfied and comfortable with this business and will be returning many more times. The customer service is fantastic and the repairs don’t take 5 weeks. An added plus, there’s a comfy waiting area upstairs with a few business desks (one with a comfy executive business chair 😁), some sofas, a fridge, books and a play area for children, and I’m sure a few other things I’ve forgotten. Also, every time I’ve come here, there have been Johns Creek Police vehicles. If they trust this shop…. I’m just saying. 💁🏽‍♀️ 20/10 Definitely Recommend!
