Terrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes for a teller and finally walked out after I had probably another 30 minutes to go to get service At one point I heard the teller tell the customer to go get the manager for her like the customer worked there. I have been a long time bank customer but probably for not much longer. With fewer branches limited hours with no Saturday service and limited staff there has to be better options.

Probably one if not the worst bank on earth. Can’t imagine why it’s even a bank. Name speaks for itself “ Bank of America “

Amazing customer service!!! I have no idea what the bad reviews are for but both the Asian women at the counter are amazing and knowledgeable.. they were so helpful and kind. I don’t know if the bad reviews are because it’s Asian ppl there or what but this was my far the best customer service I received at any Bank of America location .

I read most reviews here and was worried to go. But hey, it's the closest BOA for me and I needed to get a cashier's check urgently. Man, was I pleasantly surprised! The lady at the counter who helped me was amazing! She helped me with all the information I wanted. She even put in a request to get my expired debit card renewed. She helped with the cashier's check and even waived the $15 fee for me. Smiling, very helpful. Am I glad that I visited this branch. Its going to be my go to branch from now on. Great service!

The brach closed on Saturday this morning without any notice, clients waited in line without any clue. Bank of America cares about brand image but neglecting the people. The fake image is hurting client’s relationship, losing my trust and confidence in Bank of America. Our weekend time is valuable!

The outside ATM machine malfunctioned and would not return my wife’s card. The manager inside said they could not help. Basically, tough luck, you have to order a new card. I will NEVER do business with BoA again. Very poor customer service. Also, I called 8 times to the branch and no answer. I had to drive here just to be shut down by this unhelpful manager. If I could give negative stars, I would....

This center has been closed randomly for the past week. No update on when they will open. If one needs to go to their lock box service your out of luck. POOR POOR customer service. NOt impressed and they hide behind the Covid as a poor excuse for customer service. Time to find another bank that gives real customer service.

An employee (a teller) of this bank went to our friend's house (uninvited) to offer her a gift. Our friend is in her 80's. The next day she wasn't feeling well. We had her tested and she had been exposed to COVID. A few days later she had to be taken to the hospital by 911. The BOA teller would risk infecting an elderly customer. Can you believe it? So much for looking out for the safety of their customers!!

Worst branch of all the branches i visited as a preferred customer across different states. They lack customer focus and want to teach customer their rule book. Overall with bofa i have always had a good experience being a preferred customer but this branch had made me think if bofa has changed overall.

Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve witnessed at a bank. I can’t believe how unprofessional the manager Alena is at this bank. She refuses to help out her employees even though the tellers say she can jump behind the line and take care of transactions she leaves this one, sweet, overwhelmed black lady to handle everything and everyone while Alena stands at the door talking to one customer about non related banking business. And that’s just one example of the many times I’ve been here. Unbelievable. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve seen Alena treat her people this way but it’s not. This is one of the few banks open during Covid and the poor people that actually work are really getting exposure because they have to deal with everything and wait if they need a “manager”. Corporate should step in. Unacceptable. The line is always through the bank out to the sidewalk almost and no help from Alena. Trust me, the tellers have had it.
