I would give ZERO stars if I could!! I needed to print a ups label that was sent to my email for overnight shipping and the employees were SO RUDE AND DISMISSIVE! the man said they were going to charge me $5 just for them to print it! They were going to charge for computer access but no customers were allowed to use the computer and then charging to print it as well! Rediculous! No ups store has ever charged me to print a UPS label!! When I asked about the charge, the guy working there refused to take my package and told me to go somewhere else since I was complaining about it! It’s their label for goodness sake! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Bad look for UPS! SMH. I see why they only have 1.5 stars on Yelp!

The younger woman that was working yesterday afternoon was being rude with a male customer when I came in. She snapped her voice to the other woman working to help me while she continued to mumble how this customer is being difficult. I was at the door when this happened so I know he heard this. He stood there quietly trying to just get out ASAP but I never would let anyone talk to me like that. This makes for a bad and awkward experience, especially since it was my first time there (and is my local ups store now). I'll give it another try out of convenience but will be very hesitant about it. I saw the low Google score when I was looking for my local ups store and thought how could this be? I now know why.

Terrible customer service in store. And package tracking says not delivered to store (label created only)...label was made in the store. Super not helpful about it. If it happens so often where agents are upset, fix it in house. An agent also tried to charge me $5 to print. Staples less than .5 miles away charged me 20 cent. And it was their (UPS) own label. Find another store to deliver your package if you have to use UPS.

I have been to this UPS Store many times as it is the closest one to my house and all my experiences have been great. They do a great job of getting me in and out and are very helpful when I have needed help.

Disagree with the negative comments for this store. Have been shipping from here for awhile and they are consistently friendly and helpful. Guessing the vast majority that have no issues just do not post reviews.

Terrible customer service! Jessica and the male associate working with her this morning are rude. I was carrying an extremely heavy box and both of them watched from the glass window as I struggled to bring it inside building. No one attempted to hold the door. Mind you neither of them were doing anything. They both seemed as though they hated that they had to work today. Jessica was on her computer in the corner and the other guy was on his phone. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service at a UPS store. I guess this is the type of service you receive when the owner is a “member of the community.” I wouldn’t be surprised if the two associates mentioned were some kin to the owner. Thankfully, I’m not from Pleasantburg and will not be visiting this location again.
