If i could put 0 i would. Constantly delivering our packages to our neighbor. Have a case started because its been like 6 times in the past 2 weeks. But have had issues with fedex deliveries for about 6-8 months at least. We are not so close it would be confusing. Every other delivery service manages to deliver to our front door.

I had a pleasant experience with Jackie and Kim. With all that's been going on with COVID, they both ensured the health and safety of customers were a top priority. I was in the store for quite some time and witnessed their kind approach to remind customers of social distancing as well as assuring me the cleanliness of their machines. Had a super important package set up to deliver to this store and their hours show open for today. They aren't open and now I may not get this package. It's a rental order that I needed for a job out of town that I have to leave for today, which means I wasted $300.

I love the staff here. They've all been working there for as long as I've been a customer (about two years), which I think is rare and commendable in the retail/service industry. They're professional, quick, and friendly. For printing services, it's more expensive than Staples, but I'd choose to go here any day because they actually know what they're doing and are willing to work with you on just about anything.

So I don't have a lot of FedEx experience but I will always go to this location as long as the store manager is Jackie Marshall. Seriously, Jackie was the BEST! She advised me well when sending an expensive item and lo and behold, the package was attempted to be delivered for two days (because it had to have a signature) and then was taken to the closest fed ex store...where someone picked it up but NOT THE PERSON it was addressed to. At any rate, after speaking to a couple 1.800.fedex people, I just decided to go back to the store. Jackie basically filed my loss claim for me, scanned all the info for me and sent it all in! Super awesome of her; she definitely went above and beyond in helping me!

This place is made great by its staff. I've dealt with Brandon a few times now, he is always happy, inventing, and helpful. He is why I drive 15mins, cause I know the service and experience I'm going to have. His fellow employees as well show the same great attitude. Good job Fedex you have people who love their jobs and that's rare
