I received euros as a gift for Xmas. I went to Bank of America to exchange the currency. I was told that I had to open account in order to do it. So sad. Just horrible.

In the past I've had awesome experiences here, but not today. I went to Bank of America today with hopes of getting a placement debit card. I've gotten a few replacement cards over the years, and it usually takes about 10 minutes. The check-in time took less than a minute and the woman behind the counter said that the male employee would let me know how long the wait was. After 30 minutes, multiple check-ins from various Bank of America employees asking if I've been helped and an unrelated conversation with the male employee that the teller referenced, he mentioned nothing about the wait time or when I could expect to be helped. I waited 30 minutes then had to go to class, frustrated and without a replacement debit card. I even tried to come after lunch (a little before 2pm) so it would be less busy and everyone would be back from lunch. I wouldn't have been as upset about having to leave without the card if someone had just checked in with me to tell me how long it would take or to make an appointment and come back later. I'll try again tomorrow at the Clayton street location and hopefully they will be able to help me

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was amazing and welcoming. Quick service and helped me set up everything step by step. So much better than any of the other banks I have gone to.

I came to this bank to get change for my job. I have two accounts at bank of America and have never had an issue just getting change but because it was for my work and they didn't have an account they wouldn't even give me change. This is absolutely absurd. The customer service for bank of America account holders is terrible at this branch.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been calling all day and no one ever answers the phone. I go in and was seen by Glenda. I simply wanted to deposit my check to my debit card. I ask her if the funds will be there immediately and she says yes. It’s been over an hour and I don’t have my money. No one is answering the phone and I have no idea where my check went. Thanks Glenda.

I was trying to cash the check (BOA) that was issued from my client, and I was told by the clerk that it has to verify it. And she told me that I have to wait about one hour before I can see its manager and told me to sit. Guess what? There was no place to sit down, and also there are about 10 people in front of me who are waiting for various reasons. I learn something though: DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!!

Today my paycheck became stuck inside of the ATM to no fault of our own, but instead a machine malfunction. When my husband went inside to ask the bank tellers for help, they told him they were "too busy" and "could not help him". At no point did anyone reach out to assist us in any way. We have now been on hold for 30 minutes with the ATM help line and still have had no help or resolution. The disregard for my money by this company and this location has me very unsatisfied.

Very rude staff. I asked if they had a public bathroom they yelled at me and my guest and said no. I also asked for a notary they were clueless and told me I would have to wait and once I was helped they lady didn't want to put her contact info on the notary for me. I will never visit this branch again. This place needs to be shut down. Now I see why everyone is banking with Wells Fargo.
