Came to this location for a time sensitive wire transfer, which would have taken 15min max. The banker brushed me off and said they were appointment only. While I understand these are unprecedented times, she could have easily offered me an estimated wait time so I was empowered to make a decision from there given “appointment only” was not previously known to me until I actually made a trip there (would have happily waited as well). They are seemingly “nice” but somewhat disingenuous, just kept recommending I book an appointment online and make another trip back. In essence, if it’s an urgent matter, it’s your problem not theirs. I went down the street to another location and the branch manager there helped me with the transfer, in and out within 10min.

I have always enjoyed the employees and customer service at this specific branch. They have always been exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. They have recently went above and beyond for me. They helped me roll an enormous bag full of change to deposit into my account. I didn't know I needed to roll it, I remember being a kid and taking it to the bank and they would pour it in a machine and it was no problem. They told me it needed to be rolled before I could deposit it. I really needed it deposited ASAP so about three employees sat down at a desk with me and helped me roll every single cent. It was so incredible of them, and I could not be more appreciative. If ever you need to actually walk into the bank definitely visit this branch!
