I think i left my keys there earlier today so i tried to call & check.. around 3pm.. nobody answers the phone no matter how many times you call. Everybody working there barely wants to help you and it shows.

I tried to call to verify some information for my account and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. I didn’t even get to speak with a representative because they hung up on me while I was on hold. I really hope they get it together if not I will be closing my account and picking a different bank.

For the third month in a row, I arrive at the bank and I’m the only customer and I see employees in offices and have to wait several minutes for service. It’s confusing. I know they’re in the midst of renovations and I’m acknowledged and greeted. But then I wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. I only give two stars because it’s less than 1 mile from my home and I appreciate the location. It should literally take 30 seconds to drop off a deposit ticket and check. Instead, prepare to wait for absolutely no apparent reason.

Came in one minute before they closed and Kavonn was gracious enough to get me in without a problem! I had fraud alert on my card and elected to come in and get a new card so I wouldn’t go a week without a physical card. Kavonn was very professional, kind, and quick to get me in and out in less than 10mins! Thanks so much PNC and Kavonn ☺️

The customer service could be better after being a customer for years . I walked into this location to deposit a check they gave me the hardest time and then told me they didn't feel comfortable giving me cash back because they didn't know if my check was legit ! I had a 3000 check and only wanted $100.00 back . The assistant manager Taylor said oh I need to call buckhead location to verify your relationship with them . I was so offended on top of that I've had my payroll coming to this account for years . The next day I noticed the check was still on hold which was weird because PNC never holds my checks for more than a day . I called customer and was informed that the teller was unable to verify the check so 5 day hold was placed on the check . I called customer service and the hold was immediately lifted ! I have never been through this much and will be closing my account soon!!

Walked into branch to cash a check but forgot my second form of ID. After reviewing the check I left branch to go home to get another form of identification. Once I walked back into the branch to cash the same check they reviewed 20 min prior they told me that they didn't have the funds in the branch. Why they couldn't tell me prior to me getting my second form of Identification IDK. Branch Manager was also very rude/irate.

Very positive experience. Locations are conveniently located and everyone is greeted as soon as you enter through the doors. The tellers are very accommodating and proficient and treat you with the upmost respect and pleasantness.

Incredibly helpful staff no matter what the issue may be. The ATM outside has issues sometimes and they always bend over backwards to help!

Very professional and friendly staff. The bank tellers are quick and very helpful. Convenient location with a ATM on the outside. This is my favorite bank in the city.
