I am yet another person that got switched to them from Simple. It has been a hassle and then some to get my money out! I got so frustrated from the 2.5hr I was on the phone trying to get my money out I started crying and had to hang up. No one is trained on the phone lines and I got 4 different answers as to how to ask for my money and close the account. I decided to pay the wire transfer fee just to avoid confusion. I’m pretty sure they would have told me my funds “got lost in the mail” or “sent to the wrong address” if I had gone the other route. What an awful bank. ~Rebeccaholt

Came to this location for a time sensitive wire transfer, which would have taken 15min max. The banker brushed me off and said they were appointment only. While I understand these are unprecedented times, she could have easily offered me an estimated wait time so I was empowered to make a decision from there given “appointment only” was not previously known to me until I actually made a trip there (would have happily waited as well). They are seemingly “nice” but somewhat disingenuous, just kept recommending I book an appointment online and make another trip back. In essence, if it’s an urgent matter, it’s your problem not theirs. I went down the street to another location and the branch manager there helped me with the transfer, in and out within 10min. ~Trace

I tried to call to verify some information for my account and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. I didn’t even get to speak with a representative because they hung up on me while I was on hold. I really hope they get it together if not I will be closing my account and picking a different bank. ~Faith

I was looking to refinance my auto loan and was helped within the hour by Matt! The process was quick and painless and all done without me having to drive to their offices. Amazing service. ~Nicole

Severely understaffed. The poor employees can’t even answer the phone when you call…because they don’t have enough staff. I wanted to exchange for some euros for our trip to Europe this summer. The banker lied about how quickly they could order them. Ended up not making it before we left. ~Jim

hello please send my review to the north decatur road location. They don't have anywhere online where i can submit a review. Please let them know they are doing an awesome job. RUN WITH YOUR MONEY! This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are extremely slow and never have change for business accounts. They don't make it a priority to complete transactions in a timely manner including night drops, branch manager is no help he let's the tellers tell him what they are going to do instead of enforcing speedy and good customer service no wonder they have a 2 star rating ~V.

Worst bank I have ever been to. I get it, some locations may be understaffed, but I waited thirty-five minutes in the lobby and still did not get serviced. I had to leave in order to handle other affairs since the one banker on duty in THE ENTIRE BUILDING was busy with the three people in front of me. I would just go to another location altogether, they obviously don’t know what good customer retention can do.. YOUR LOSS! ~Misty
