A good first - The employees here are great. However, this is about the slowest place I’ve ever waited to deliver package. Whomever owns this store needs to step into the 21st-century and invest in a self-scanner that the customer can use for already prepared packages so they can simply drop and go. I’d rather not take an entire lunch break just to mail one item. I spend more time waiting in line at this location then both FedEx and USPS combined.

Even if Amazon tells you you don't need to bring a box. Make sure you bring several boxes, just in case, they ask to put your item in a bubble bag and charge you money for it. All of my item except one needed a box. I had one box with all my stuff, but the guy decided to charge me for a bubble bag for my one item that needed a box, and refuse to use my box with the other item.

I have went to this location 3x in hopes of getting fingerprints for a job, but it has been impossible. The line goes practically out the door and they will have ONE worker in there. It’s the absolute WORST!!! I wish I didn’t have to go there and I don’t recommend anyone to go if they have other options.

Phenomenal service! My wife and I go there for printing services for our ministry, and they are so helpful! I forgot to get the name of the young lady who helped us this morning, but she spent quite a while helping us with a formatting issue (due to my software) before our documents could be printed! She was so helpful, and my wife says she and others there are always like that! Highly recommend!

First of all, I live on campus and UPS drivers are always too lazy to deliver packages. I constantly have to deliver packages to people because UPS drivers leave them at my door instead of dropping them off in the right places. Second, every package that is sent to me gets lost or is unable to be delivered because they either get dropped off in the wrong place or the driver does not want to drop off my package because they do not want to get out of the car. This store has even lost my package containing something very dear to me and will not even help me when I call them. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude to me and would not even let me explain the situation. I have never been treated so awfully in my life. I would also like to add that they have lost 2 of my packages in the last week.

Alps Road Store in Athens, GA- Zay was VERY friendly and helpful. We had driven over from Greensboro to have fingerprints made so I could qualify for volunteer work involving children. We got lost and arrived just after fingerprint closing. Zay honored the fingerprint employee by relieving her and doing the task himself.

Came to do fingerprints and was told they stop at 3, when their website says 6 and it was 2:50 either way but they still wouldn’t do it that day. Emo blue haired white girl told me to come back the next day 11-3. Came the next day at 12 and was told that they don’t do it on weekends when the girl the day before told me to come back. Their lines go by ridiculous slow so goes to show even the workers don’t know when and how to do their jobs.

I called twice about fingerprints. Both times the phone just rang and rang. This was not good for this store as it gave me time to check out the reviews. Using the google service I discovered most people don't have a good experience with this service here with the exception of one teacher that got great service with a class of 100+ students. Well that seems to be the exception and not the rule. As a result I will choose another location for this service and continue to use my shipping company that happens to be UPS but not this location. Good luck changing the culture there manager.

I walked in at 9:59am not realizing the store didn’t open until 10:00am. The employee was beyond rude when I asked her if I could just leave the packages since they were ready to go. She said one word, “Nope.” Wow, great customer service! I understand the policy but she could have at least been polite. Train your employees to speak to customers in a proper way please.

I only had to drop off a prepaid package so I did not stay for long but noone seemed to be cheerful or willing to help. The lady that took my package simply just said "Do you need help?" Which you might think is nice but I was very obviously standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my package. Store was clean and location was okay but as far as staff, I think it is functional and that is about it.
