I went in after sending a print to a customer that was absolutely demolished. In the short time it was in USPS’s care it was ripped and everything in the envelope was water damaged. I went in to see what could be done since I had to ship a replacement. I was told by the man helping me I couldn’t get a refund and would have to do something online and even then probably wouldn’t get my money back. Then he held onto my receipt and didn’t give it back so even if I did want to go online to dispute I couldn’t because he made sure he didn’t give me the information I needed back.

Anyone management or higher is extremely frustrating, I like my carrier but management and district needs serious reevaluation.

I have had a package there for 2days now and they are yet to deliver it. Either get them more help or find someone who can run a post office and make sure packages get delivered on time!!

No stars wouldn't allow me to not mark any stars so one but really -10 on scale. The worst post office around in 50 years being on earth. No one in office can help with anything. Getting paid to lose the mail miss place mail redirect mail to addresses not yours. Total waist of government office with our tax dollars paying. ....

A lady that works the window is the sweetest but as far as the lady who does our mail I'm not a fan. i have had to put a extra mailbox out just to get my packages because she says my other mailbox is too small, so today i go out and she hasn't even used it and sent my mail back to the post office needless to say i have given up, I'm taking down the other mail box and will just add a P.O box for our packages which is sad i have to do that

I been trying to get on the USPS servicer to track my package it is a real big pain I have sign-up twice and still get nothing but freeze up pages.
