I had to be back home from out of state. In fair game I gave these guys a week to get my car fixed. Instead, they took two weeks and now my engine check light is on. No one contacted me with updates. I had to keep calling just about everyday to get information about my car. And now no one wants to respond to my voicemail as to why my engine check light is on. I don't recommend them to anyone local in that area.

Our transmission went out in downtown Atlanta on our trip down to Florida. When I called them, Gigi was very pleasant and handled everything with care (I called a few other transmissions shops in the area and they were not very friendly). Nick, Calvin, and the mechanics were able to fix our transmission while we were away on vacation so we could pick it back up on our way home. Calvin even came to the shop late at night so we could pick up our van on the way home. They communicated effectively and had great customer service! I would highly recommend them if you are in the ATL area or if you have issues while passing through :) Service: Transmission replacement

No upcharge. No trying to find something wrong to bill me for. As a female that's important. He did offer the option of him ordering one or me getting one myself and explained that it was cheaper for me to do it. I like having options.
