I had a crazy situation when I must have dropped my phone without realizing. Someone must have picked it up and it kept moving locations. I went to the T-Mobile store off Cleveland Ave in East Point Ga just outside Atlanta where I live. Geno was such an amazing, patient, and helpful guy!!! Not only did I get a replacement phone but he hooked me up with home internet. I’m extremely thankful that he was the one to help me today because I was stressing!

Basically bad customer service. This store lied about the services they could provide and directed me to a different store. When I arrived at the other store the T-Mobile employees said that I could have resolved it at the other store.

I went to the Cleveland Ave T-Mobile today and the customer service was awesome beyond any service that I have experienced period anywhere. Whitney, Astazzia, Quinton and Tye were totally, absolutely professional, patient and Knowledgeable. I will be back and refer friends and family just because of this experience. I was really considering leaving t-mobile until today, now I believe all hope isn’t gone in the customer service world as of today. Whitney has a stellar team on Cleveland Ave, Eastpoint Ga.

The worse customer service experience I’ve ever had with Tmobile! From the return policy to the lack of greeting it’s horrible there. That was a really bad experience. Shop online people. There return policy is horrible STAY AWAY FROM THIRD PARTY DEALERS. 14 day return policy with a receipt is a joke. I tried to return a case I bought when I purchased and IPHONE 12 PRO MAX and they said they couldn’t return it because it had scratches on it which wasn’t true seeing as how I just bought the the phone. They also have some security guard there and he’s just as bad. He knows a lot about phones but the people that work there are horrible. They made me feel like I was trying to get over on them or something. I didn’t feel like a customer AT ALL and that’s the first time I walked in a Tmobile and felt like that ever.

This is an extremely convenient T-Mobile and happens to be a very well run operation. I always feel welcome and they take great care of me quickly and efficiently. I don't know about you but I have a heightened level of anxiety when I'm having phone trouble and they were able to calm me down and take care of me with the utmost of ability.. Thank you Nakeem. Quick update. Had another issue with my phone. Danielle and George took exceptional care of me. Love these guys.

Customer services there is not good. My son and talk with one of the staff there he told us that I can come into the store and give them our information to unlock our phones and have the phones transfer to t-mobile services under my son plan. the young man we talk with told us he can help get that done he went as far to set appointment for me to see him, the young man wasn't even there when i show up to t-molbile on my appointment so i had to talk with another staff she didn't try to help at all, kept giving us excuses, one thing I did understand was we needed to show our id but my son had his account number and password to his account, but it was still a problem so I no we have to be careful out here dealing with people stealing our information and not only that our phones. I wish they could have did a better job

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to about this store. My friend Phillip and I went into this store yesterday January 16, 2019 and if I must say our experience was phenomenal. Best customer service I’ve ever received. I’m disabled and know nothing about phones. The young lady by the name of Amy helped Phillip and I . She was so helpful and answered every question we had. She set up our devices and even showed us how to work them. She was very knowledgeable of those phones because we sure know nothing about them. She was so sweet and patient. We really enjoyed our time in the store. The other two employees one who was the manager and the other was helpful as well one helped her set up our phones and the manager went as far as to hold the door for me because I’m in a wheel chair. The T-Mobile on Cleveland ave rocks !!!! Thanks Amy and thanks to the two gentlemen that was there as well

The worker (Jojo) who wears a natural was very helpful. She's a small petite girl. She had helped me once before and welcomed me back again as I had to deal with the same issue. The assistant manager is not very friendly looking or that friendly when having to deal with her. The assistant manager is the young lady who wears her hair in braids (lately she's been wearing two side braids.) She had helped me initially with the issue of my phone, but I'm glad that I've gotten Jojo these last two times.
