They Stayed open after closing time to make sure my new iPhone was set up properly and functioning. The assistant manager Johnny was thorough and knowledgeable. I will have to go back, since in our excitement the original IPhone box, with the charger and other accessories was left behind. This Verizon store on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta is highly recommended!

These guys are the best Verizon store in the area and it's not even close. After working with John on Friday to replace my iPhone X, i will never go anywhere else. These guys understand how to deliver superior service and in today's world, that is a rare thing!

THE STORE IS NOT OPEN!!!! I would post zero stars if I could. I was supposed to pick up an order that shows on the app as “completed and ready for pickup.” I drove 30 minutes to the store and arrived at 1:30pm. The sign says the store is open, but the front doors were locked. Maybe someone is working solo and had to use the restroom? So I wait. 10, 15 minutes go by. Nothing. Call the store - straight to voicemail. Okay, 20 minutes, so this is clearly not a “I stepped away briefly “ situation. Maybe they went to lunch? Seems insane and unprofessional to me, but I drove 30 minutes, it’s a gift I’m supposed to give today (Apple Watch). I continue to wait. While I’m waiting a lovely gentleman from out of town is bringing his elderly father to the store to get him a phone while he’s in town with his dad. And of course, he’s unable to, because- well - no one is in the store. 20 minutes later, another elderly woman approached the doors, tries to open them, reads the sign in confusion, tries again, and walks back to her car with a confused look on her face. After waiting over an hour, I had to leave the store to be home for my children arriving home from school. As of 3:15pm, there is still nobody answering the phone, and my paid-for gift is locked inside. Well done TCC. 🤦♀️

We all know that it’s a big leap to get your own plan for yourself for the first time. When I chose Verizon to be my carrier, I didn’t know what to expect what kind of customer service I would get. Thank God I had an AMAZING specialist, named Andrew, who helped me in every way & every step of the way! Plus, he has an excellent character & personality! Not once did I have any problems with him. I was in great hands. If you’re looking for help or info by going to this store, I definitely recommend getting Andrew to help you.

Andrew Williams was such a great help to my family and me. He was supportive and energetically explained pros and cons as well as perfect fit solutions for my families needs in the cell phone, accessories, and data plans areas. He was informative and gave recommendations based on consumer reporting and not just personal opinion. I felt that he was open and honest with the entire process; and I had many questions. He was thorough while getting me the best trade in deals on my phones and explaining the breakdown of the prices overall. He simplified the process even further by matching competitor pricing. And gave us all great deals while giving us options at the same time. Andrew also let us know he was there for us in the future for all of our questions and made us feel welcome to come back to his store. And we will come back to purchase more items because he took the time while being efficient to explain exactly what we needed throughout the processes. He didn’t even take an hour to finish multiple situations I required where anywhere else in the past has taken multiple hours!! I highly recommend this location over a Best Buy or mall store!!!
