His way of showing us the different mattresses, made us feel very satisfied, and not a feeling that he was just trying to sell us something. I stopped by quickly, explained what I needed and my price range to David, he took me right to it. I let him know I was checking one more store down the street, he told me no problem, if I wanted to purchase, I could call him and we would do it over the phone since the warehouse for pick up was right next to where I was headed already. That is exactly what I did! 10 minutes later, I was headed home with my new mattress! Thanks David!

David, at the North Point location did an outstanding job in helping us find a mattress suitable for our present needs , AND going the extra distance to get the bed and adjustable bed base delivered on a timely basis! We received multiple follow up calls from him, and probably drove him crazy when we changed our order completely to get a king/ double twin adjustable bed. Even more, the two gentlemen who delivered our bed and set it up (?Kai and Mowambe?) we’re extremely professional, kind, and instructive. We will certainly encourage others to purchase a new mattress there!

Cecilia was amazing. We literally gave her budget, body needs, what we thought we wanted ( she gave us soooo many options to decide ourselves) and when we chose our mattress a part of the order was back ordered but she did her best to meet our needs with that too!! She helped my m.i.l as well and she had all goods things to say about Cecilia as well. Thank you for making this experience simple and enjoyable! You are a gem!!

The sales woman (forgot her name, recall she’s an ex-Michigander) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable. We bought a queen mattress for a new bedroom set for a guest room. This was the quickest easiest purchase we felt! It was a real pleasure doing business at this place with this lady. We plan to go back and buy a twin mattress. Good price, great service.
