Friendly staff, would try their best to answer any question about anything in the store.. would help with financing methods, deliver guys do their best to install and explain, etc.. good prices on sales from time to time..and help you with building your credits too.

My experience at the Camilla location has been absolutely wonderful, due mostly to the store manager Kim. Moving to a new state is always stressful so you can imagine trying to furnish a new apartment by yourself, especially when you are disabled. Kim assisted me in making my choices over the phone, site unseen, and I have now furnished almost the whole place with Badcock furniture. It is no exaggeration when I say she has truly gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you!

The staff was not friendly when I walked in. When they heard the door open they continued just to sit on the couches. Once I got on her view one staff member barely spoke who proceeded my purchase. The other one just sat on the couch on her phone and never spoke. Maybe 10 mins later a couple came in and the one still on her phone jumped up and gave them a warm greeting but I didnt get a smile

I love this store!!! I am fully furnishing my home out of the camilla location, and i live in ALBANY, there’s plenty of furniture stores there but u choose to stay with Jay Evans Badcock, not only for the deals but Kim C. Is awesome to work with... if u got a problem, somethings happened, something looks wrong one call is all you have to make and she makes your satisfaction a priority! I have had 2 incidents (one being hurricane) that my furniture has to be fixed or replaced and one call is all i had to make and she was on top of everything!
