Nice friendly staff asking if I needed help just was looking for specific business attire for juniors which were not available so I had to go to the women's section and lot for the smallest size they might carried and found a nice suit.

I enjoy Dillard's! But when a sales associate lady that sale perfume keep calling you a men and you keep correcting her do you being black! And she's Asian decent, she's very aggressive mostly likely talking down to you. It's hard to purchase anything from that department. This are my thoughts only!

Just purchased two bottles of cologne order only and didn’t receive a call to let me know it was in. Then I was told I only ordered one bottle but the receipt was attached to the bag with two paid for boxes. Ok he quickly gave me the other box so we left. Then got home and realized this joker gave me a small bottle and my big bottle of cologne. I know it was intentional because he even stated that the manager also said I only purchased one but neither one of them called me about the supposed to be mistake on my gift card that was used to secure my purchase. SMH
