Ive lived here 4 months. Yes they are nice, but efficient not so much! Sent an Easter package to my granddaughter from this post office to California 3 weeks ahead of time. It got there the day after Easter. Today it has been two weeks since my husband and I sent in for our passports (2-day Priority Mail). It cost us $20 to do that and they still haven’t received them. I have the tracking numbers for both of these instances and it’s like they go into some black hole for weeks each time I’ve mailed something in this town. Coincidence, I’m not sure but I won’t be back to find out.

Very unhelpful staff. The last time I was here just a few days ago, I was told I can drop off up to 10 packages at a time, and have them scanned in to get the receipt, according to the company policy. Well I brought 8 packages today, and they said they just changed it to 5. Makes me feel like they make up what ever rules they want, so they can do less work. Now I'm having to drive to a different post office to get my packages scanned in. I wouldn't care personally about the receipt, but the site I sell on requires pictures of the receipts. I explained that to her, and she didn't care. She even tried to refuse to scan in any of the packages at first. Until I told her that they just told me the other day the policy was I can have up to 10 scanned in at a time. That's when she said they just changed it to 5, and she would only be willing to scan 5. They should be great full to have such a great job, not screw over their customers that fund the company who provides their paychecks.

I had to send an important letter. The time of day that I visited this post office was not a particularly busy time. The woman who was at the counter was courteous. I ended up spending less than 10 minutes total.

Absolutely adore the folks at this location. It's the only one I will use, even though I don't even live in that zipcode. Kind folks, the Postmaster is always willing to take 5 minutes to answer any silly questions I have and they are always helpful. I wish ever office has these lovely people. I can not say enough good things.

Honestly I just think the hours are stupid. To be closed on a week day at 4:30 is super inconvenient. Especially for those of us who have to work Saturdays as well as week days so the window I can get there when they are still opened it rather small as is. It's literally been three weeks and I still haven't been able to pick up a package that was failed to deliver to my house (because my dog barks I guess? Just put it in the dang mailbox please!)It kind of takes the point out of ordering things when you have to go get them and you can't do that because they're always closed. My suggestion would to be to stay open to at least 5 or 5:30 so some of us could have a chance to pick stuff up after work. Not to mention those are pretty normal hours even my bank stays open longer! Its just ridiculous. I don't normally leave reviews let alone bad ones but I just need to pick up a package and it's turned into a month long affair because of the hours. Its just really aggravating. The people there are nice but the hours makes me hate the place. If they could fix that I would give 5 stars.

Employees are always so friendly and fun, yet professional. I've never had any problems with mail going out. Also, they wait on you quickly; no long wait lines whenever I come. So efficient; always get their jobs done accurately and with genuine smiles and laughs!! :-D

The employees are so kind here. Other locations I have been to are very short with customers and are never smiling. The ladies at this USPS were smiling, greeting customers and actually joking with customers. It was such a nice change from other locations.
