I take it back - an hour later, after complaining to the USPS main line, Amazon and posting this review, the local office called and said they would deliver our packages. They came in a half hour, and we got a call asking us if we we happy with the delivery, which except for the delays, we were. USPS is refusing to deliver Amazon packages to zip code 31523 worst post office I've ever dealt with. We came from 63341, which was great.

dwayne gave me false information on picking up my package and gave me a number to call so he could hold it when it arrived , i called no answer, i get to the post office and the supervisor on duty basically told me he lied to me and even tho my package was there i couldn’t receive it because the delivery wasn’t scheduled until the next day. i tried to provide my case # i got from the USPS Customer Service line and she walked away. 10/28/2022

Paid $25 to get my locks changed. It's been about a month. Tried calling both the local number and the support both to no avail. They won't pick up the phone for the local number and the automated support number doesn't help at all.

Only post office in town and there is NO stamp dispensing machine! So, must stand in the long line just to mail a letter! However, I did get done before the 15 minute parking limit expired.

Refuse package delivery at all Glynn county Apartments since August of 2022! Been here since 2015 & always delivered to front door until recently! How are we expected to receive our mail if the post office refused delivery and refuses to hold it just sends it back!

The USPS has stopped delivery of packages that dont fit in the mail box and are no longer holding them at the post office but immediately returning them to sender. Not just of my deliveries but the entire apartment complex and the neighboring developments as well. What a disaster of an organization. —Newman!

First, you stop my mail in my neighborhood that was developed in 2005. Now your stopping Amazon deliveries. I will be contacting someone that can help. Poor decisions!! I have been in this neighborhood for almost a year and you cut my mail off. Wow.

I mean, I drove all the way over here to put a letter in the mail because I'm trying to get it to my nephew in time for his birthday and there's no dropbox outside and the doors are locked. I have never known a post office they didn't have a dropbox available 24 hours

Getting someone on the phone is impossible. Getting them to answer an email is impossible. Its literally faster to drive for two days back and forth to get a single question answered than it is to try and contact them via any means. Give these people the codes to the missiles because you couldnt get them to answer a yes or no question if you filed in triplicate with verification from the DOJs office. If your question is time sensitive, i suggest you start driving because even if you call at 830 when they open, and you somehow manage to navigate the phone system, youll still be on hold for over an hour.

I had a package that was suppose to come to me was misdelivered (Feb 9)to somewhere else. I always get notified when a package is delivered to me from Amazon through a text and Echo. I also get an email from the post office when mail and/or package will be delivered that day. I was at home when the both a text and echo notified me when the package arrived. I checked outside my door and surrounding area and no package was there. I never had any problems receiving packages in the eight years I’ve been living here. I went to the post office to tell them of the situation and they said it was misdelivered. The supervisor that day took my name and phone number and she said that we will contact you if we get the package. Nothing for three weeks. I went back today and was told by one of the workers at the front to call Amazon and tell them that it was misdelivered. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but was told she wasn’t there. Very frustrating when you’re getting different answers, but no solution to the problem. They acknowledged that it was misdelivered, but don’t want to help and I still don’t have the shoes I ordered. Inexcusable!!!
