Here is one very good customer centered business. Not a chain of stores apparently but it is it’s own business and approved by all the main carriers. Arrive with your label in an email on your phone and they have easy to follow instructions on the walls for connecting to their Wi-Fi, to print on their printers, they charge about a dollar to do that and then they take the package and apply the label for you. Simples, and done with a smile and a merry Christmas. There are several very public facing biblical quotes professing the owner’s/management’s faith in Christ. Not offensive to me. I know the Christian religion asks its followers to share the love of God and the message of salvation (like every religion does in some format I think). If it was my business I’d not display that so much, but I understand the conviction. Unfortunately religion has done so much good for humanity and yet caused so much pain and trouble because every religion seems to have lines at which love is no longer the most important priority. Regardless, this is a truly lovely store environment, with wonderful people, and services that work. I for one wish the team here a very happy Christmas (in the original Christian meaning and non-religious “happy Holidays” sense) - and also best wishes for a successful year in 2022.

Ms Troy and the ladies are a blessing! Aryanna, Mattie, and Wanda all give great customer service and makes the process easy! I'll always pay a little more for convenience and the personal attention they show. They are like family! There is not a better shipping center.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET MORE THAN 1 THING NOTARIZED!!! I have gotten documents notarized here before but today we were extremely disappointed to find out that they charge $6 PER notarized item, not for a whole transaction on any one document. And of course we were told this AFTER everything was notarized. So we paid $60 thinking we were only going to pay $6 and there was nothing we could do about it. We came here because it was closer to home but for an extra 5-10 min drive we could have gotten this done for free at the bank. This was absolutely not worth the "convenience." The least they could have done was warn us before notarizing everything... simple courtesy goes a long way. This was just misleading and disheartening.

Best place for a mailing address! There is a difference between a PO Box and a Mailing Address. Certain limitations on correspondences thru a PO Box. Amazing customer service. All mailing needs are accomplished in a professional, friendly and accommodating atmosphere. They even just expanded to provide more services in a larger space. This place takes the dread out of mailing. I'm sooo glad their here.

I am so IMPRESSED with these two lovely ladies working there, ones name was Troy, the other was Ari. OMG their customer service is EXCELLENT. I have been running around lately like a basket case with so much going on, and they BOTH helped me with EVERYTHING. I rarely do reviews, but they had such a WONDERFUL attitude, and helped me organize things, and send them off. They kept a beautiful smile on their faces handling everyone, and they were so efficient, knowledgeable, and I left with a smile on my face. I wish EVERYWHERE had these 2 beautiful, awesome ladies.
