Best post office location this side of the missippi! Love the extended hours and their lobby drop box is never stuck like other locations. The staff here are courteous and efficient too! Keep it up and thank you for all you do to keep the world moving!

The people that work there are extremely creepy and rude. I took my little sister there to get her passport. Because she’s young and doesn’t have any knowledge of applying for passport, I had to ask questions and made sure that everything was correct. Instead of helping, the lady that was helping us got annoyed and told some dude to come and ask me to to go outside. I refused to go and they threatened to cancel my application and reschedule me. The dude that try to get me to go outside won’t stop staring at my very young sister. Because I couldn’t be near my sister, they charged my sister for expedited while she specifically said that she did not want it to be expedited. They were extremely predatory and creepy. Please don’t ever come to this store.

Don't understand why it is so difficult to grab the piece of mail that is in the mailbox CLEARLY marked RETURN TO SENDER. EVERY TIME I put a piece of mail in the box to be sent back this happens.

5.0 star rating I know that every post office gets complaints but this particular post office definitely goes above and beyond to help make any issues made right. I have had misplaced mail returned and always with the kindest consideration for my inconvenience. There has not been one incident that went unaddressed and reconciled. I appreciate all the men and women who work at Powder Springs post office ensuring this vital part of our community operates successfully and diligently working to correct any and all discrepancies.

I'm confounded! I've had absolutely no Issues inside of the post office and found the agents to be helpful and very polite! HOWEVER- Whomever delivers my mail... repeatedly delivers the previous resident's mail. No matter how many times I've left the mail in the box, a lot still arrives. To me that signifies a careless mentality on someone's part?? I have also noticed that several pieces of important mail have consistently been opened!! Like really delicate confidential information... letters are all the way unsealed!!😐 Incredibly infuriating, especially Because I don't know who is dong it or WHY!??? Last I checked, tampering with people's mail IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE!! Someone will be notified!!

I am not sure why this location is only 2 starts, u am sitting in the parking lot writing this review because customer service was amazing! I needed a letter sent overnight, two ladies that helped me were so nice, fast service and super helpful. How can you ask for more! Thank you for helping me!

Came to pick up a package. Staff still at the line helping customers. Woman behind the counter said We are closed. I said I just need to pick up my package that didn’t fit in my P.O. Box. She repeated We are closed and rolled her eyes. Rude! Avoid if possible. They need to privatize the Post Office. Smh

Been going to this Post Office for 15 years the service with Clerks are Great, no complaints. They've always worked fast and are on point with your needs. Good Job Postman and Postwomen.

I like the convenient location and the extended hours to 6:30PM daily, plus they have Saturday hours until 2PM. The lobby is bright and always well kept. Sometimes the lines are slow and long during peak hours but overall good experience using this post office. They are usually very friendly and helpful at the desk. Plenty of outside parking as well. My only con is the outside drop box was recently removed, I hope they bring it back soon.
