Not sure what is going on in this post office. I mailed a package with a destination 28 miles away over a week ago, and it is now in New Jersey. Why? The other package is a birthday gift for my granddaughter in Raeford, NC. It also has come cards my son collected when he was in Iraq. I have no clue where they are over a week later. I will use UPS from now on.

On several occasions my mail has been placed in other peoples boxes or other people's mail has been placed in my Box. the keys to my parcel Locker's have been in the wrong Box also. And when everything is placed in the right location my packages are jammed in the parcel Locker Damaging the Boxes on multiple occasions

ATTENTION VOLUME SHIPPERS, This post office does not welcome you. You will be meet with attitude and opposition from Stacy, she will recommend you take your parcels to another carrier, because they do not get paid enough to handle your packages. I’m not going to get into elaborate detail, if possible I would avoid the ball ground USPS at all costs.

I've received quite a few packages originating here. Not sure what they do with their time, but it certainly does not include handling of packages in a reasonable time frame. One of the worst post offices in the country, if you see them on your tracking be prepared for a long, LONG, wait.

These ladies are soooo genuinely nice to everyone! They all have a great spirit and smiles! It's actually pleasant to do business at this post office! Very different than most post office environments!

Don’t come to the post office to pick up a package before it’s suppose to be delivered or you’ll be reprimanded in front of other customers with your child in hand. Apparently it is a hassle for them to retrieve a package that’s in the same facility. Sure would hate for you to do your job.

One of the most inconsistent and disorganized post offices around. Sometimes I get my mail at 11, sometimes I get my mail at 3:30. Some days I get the neighbor's mail, and sometimes the entire street doesn't get any mail at all. Worthless people working for the Ball Ground Cherokee Co. Post Office. They're a complete joke and should be ashamed of themselves.
